Pineview Terrace Apartments is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Katy. It is an awesome place to live and a great place to call home. The complex features spacious apartments with ample storage, a beautiful pool, a fun playground, and a basketball court. It is zoned to the outstanding Katy ISD with school bus service. The apartment manager is consistently noted as amazing, awesome, the best, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, a sweetheart, nice, and caring. She gets things done, gets the job done, and takes good care of repairs, though parts can take a long time. Some residents feel upgrades are needed for the rent charged. Overall, many families have had a great time and some of their best times living there.
