But the staff, I’ve encountered have always been professional, knowledgeable and courteous, unlike other locations I have frequented. “I had a very important mail piece (certified mail) sent to my address— but the mail person signed for it and misplaced it on a different mailbox! ?
I called the USPS for them to open a case for me and I was lucky enough to have Adayshia D. from the Katy Annex as the agent helping me with the claim. She went ABOVE & BEYOND, she personally came to my neighborhood and looked for the mail piece herself! Adayshia is the true definition of great customer service and simply the best! ❤️⭐️

“Cardiff Postal truly saved the day for me. After missing the post office by 10 minutes, I remembered I had visited this place one other time. When I googled and saw how late they were open, I headed straight there.
Not only did someone see me struggling to carry in the box I had to mail, plus my infant in her car seat and help me get everything in, but the two gentleman working were so kind and informative with helping me make sure my package was getting delivered on time.
It was just an easy process with very kind people. I will definitely use them first with any kind of mailing needs I have in the future.”
