It appears some customers feel abandoned after Prosperity acquired Traditions Bank. I felt the same when First Victoria was acquired. But after 10 years of sterling service, this bank is now my all time favorite. The staff know me; know and understand my business. I do not get this personal service at other banks.

This bank charges a 1.5% fee for cashing a check that was issued from their bank. This is literally nothing more than theft. I will never ever bank with them. Terrible experience they took my money and closed account without even letting me know.
