Do not bank here! Especially this location. The lady’s are entitled and do not help. They get pleasure in charging additional fees that others locations do not charge. The Prosperity in old Katy is SO much better.

It appears some customers feel abandoned after Prosperity acquired Traditions Bank. I felt the same when First Victoria was acquired. But after 10 years of sterling service, this bank is now my all time favorite. The staff know me; know and understand my business. I do not get this personal service at other banks.

This bank charges a 1.5% fee for cashing a check that was issued from their bank. This is literally nothing more than theft. I will never ever bank with them.
