“I do a lot of shipping between FedEx, UPS, and USPS. I’ve learned where to go for which service (overnighting vs big packages vs drop offs etc…) I’ve always had a good experience at this location. However, today I had such a great experience, I felt compelled to share. The end of day shipping rush hits every store different but today I was not excited about it. Ashlee was a Godsend to myself and the people in line. Her energy & charisma made the wait worth it. She made us all laugh, feel welcome, and she had unwavering patience for a customer with a major language barrier. As a business owner myself, I would hire her every day of the week. She was even kind enough to help me fix the tape on my USPS package which I had butchered. I dropped it off afterwards and got compliments on the tape job from the postal worker. Ashlee, thank you for making my Monday. You rock! 10/10 I will be back.”

We placed an order for a new retractable sign for our Band; “Nowhere But Up” and requested it to be ready by April 3rd and they called me that it was ready 3 days early!!!! I did not expect that, but was pleasantly surprised by this fabulous service! Under promise & Over Deliver!!!! Thank you, Jennifer & David Lafleur Your team ROCKS!
