“I had an incredibly pleasant experience here and the staff went out of their way to help me save money. I came in wanting them to pack some blueprints and send them by ground. Tolu suggested I just buy a tube and drop them in myself. Makes sense.
When they were generating the shipping label the other employee checked the express rates compared to ground and found it was $20 cheaper to send via express than ground. That we really appreciated and my package got there faster than expected. Thus day and age I feel like it’s rare for a business to put the customer over profits and revenue.”

We placed an order for a new retractable sign for our Band; “Nowhere But Up” and requested it to be ready by April 3rd and they called me that it was ready 3 days early!!!!
