“The staff is very pleasant and eager to help. Best of all, the wait time is minimal, even when it’s busy. The store offers lots of stationery and packaging items and cool gift ideas, including Lego! That was fun to see. The place is super clean and there are no chemically infused room sprays which makes the shopping experience even better. The store is well organized and user-friendly. You’d be happy to drop off your packages here. They also speak Spanish and that’s a big plus.”
“Saw a review from MC and had to respond. I have been using Katy Printers for almost ten years now for business (cards, flyers, handouts at marine and oilfield conferences across the world) and personal needs.
Katy printers has always delivered better service and final products at much less expense than any other printer in the Houston metro area. If something doesn't work, they will tell you how to fix it.
I'm headed to Katy Printers this morning so they can make a new customized log book for me as they have been doing these past few years. KP will make it faster and at much less expense than any other service provider in the Houston area.”

Recently, I had been waiting for my truck papers to arrive and I had reached out but the papers had not arrived yet. Suddenly, i get an email from the UPS store that the truck papers had been received and ready for me to pick up at my convenience...the email was sent after the store had closed. “I had an incredibly pleasant experience here and the staff went out of their way to help me save money. I came in wanting them to pack some blueprints and send them by ground. Tolu suggested I just buy a tube and drop them in myself. Makes sense.
When they were generating the shipping label the other employee checked the express rates compared to ground and found it was $20 cheaper to send via express than ground. That we really appreciated and my package got there faster than expected. Thus day and age I feel like it’s rare for a business to put the customer over profits and revenue.”
