“The staff is very pleasant and eager to help. Best of all, the wait time is minimal, even when it’s busy. The store offers lots of stationery and packaging items and cool gift ideas, including Lego! That was fun to see. The place is super clean and there are no chemically infused room sprays which makes the shopping experience even better. The store is well organized and user-friendly. You’d be happy to drop off your packages here. They also speak Spanish and that’s a big plus.”

“The two gentlemen are more then welcoming and helpful, I had to ship a cake for Christmas to Dallas and they assisted me tremendously! They even wrapped it up in bubble wrap in the box for me , made sure it was secure and safe for travel. I definitely will be back oh and also the shipping options were wonderful even found me one around my price range and suitable for my delivery expectation date! “Amazing customer service! Pavan went above and beyond for me today. Although I’ve historically only used them for a virtual office address in the past, today I decided to kill two birds with one stone and ship two UPS packages I had instead of going to UPS separately. It’s hard to describe the unique needs I had today but suffice it to say Pavan was extremely patient and eager to help me find the best possible shipping container and method that saved the most money as well as help me answer questions I had about shipping in general. “I do a lot of shipping between FedEx, UPS, and USPS. I’ve learned where to go for which service (overnighting vs big packages vs drop offs etc…) I’ve always had a good experience at this location. However, today I had such a great experience, I felt compelled to share. The end of day shipping rush hits every store different but today I was not excited about it. Ashlee was a Godsend to myself and the people in line. Her energy & charisma made the wait worth it. She made us all laugh, feel welcome, and she had unwavering patience for a customer with a major language barrier. As a business owner myself, I would hire her every day of the week. She was even kind enough to help me fix the tape on my USPS package which I had butchered. I dropped it off afterwards and got compliments on the tape job from the postal worker. Ashlee, thank you for making my Monday. You rock! 10/10 I will be back.”

“I often use this store for my Notary needs. Today, when I arriving, I made a tiny cut in my finger and started to bleed, which I didn't notice until inside the business. A male attendant immediately asked if I was Ok, and with a smile went to the storage room a returned with a band-aid, which suit the purpose perfectly. I have always been professionally served, but this went above and beyond the expectations. This type of customer service ceased to exist some 30 years ago and is a rarity. I used to teach customer service and I know it for a fact. I am still positively surprised. They set up an example of fantastic customer service and, at the same time, protected the health of everybody inside. Kudos!”
