This is my first time using a storage unit and I am so happy it was with life storage. I met with Julissa and she explained having a climate control unit would be better for my items. She also suggested a bigger unit which I took her up on her offer and came out to be free. Great customer service!

Mr. Claude was so helpful and knowledgeable. He answered every question that I had. Even though it was raining he still assisted me. He's an excellent example what Customer service should be.

We went in on Saturday the 28th just before closing and the agent was willing to stay over and assist with our reservation including viewing the unit and changing us to the unit we needed. She was very informative friendly and professional. Great customer service! Looking forward to working with them!
