“I really love this store! They have great prices, do a lot to support the community, and are run by volunteers. I recently dropped off some items that weren’t very clean, so I took them back, cleaned them up, and re-donated them because it felt like the right thing to do. The guy at the back door thanked me, saying they don’t have much help for that kind of thing. Honestly, their prices are way better than Goodwill, and I appreciate that they’re truly focused on helping people rather than just making a profit.”

“I want to give props to Decarius and Diane for handling an unreasonable and irrational customer who was attempting to get them both in trouble or fired over a pair of shoes that had no price tag and she disagreed with the price she was given. Decarius and Diance both remanded exceptionally professional and friendly in the face of a true Karen. Even after lying and baiting racism claiming she was being treated wrongly because she was white (which is absolutely false) Decarius remained kind and calm and him and Diane handled the situation perfectly. Well done”
