“Love this place! Its been 2 years since I found this place and its still great place. Prices are super great 👌 They have large selection of shoes, bathing suits that are new too.”
“While in Houston for work, I discovered this wonderful resale shop and decided to stop in — I’m so glad I did. The store is full of beautiful clothing, shoes, jewelry, furniture, and charming knick knacks. The selection is impressive, and everything feels carefully curated rather than cluttered.
Knowing that proceeds help support Women’s Home makes the experience even better. It’s the kind of place where you can shop with purpose and leave feeling good about your purchase. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.”
“This store has fabulous finds - not just clothes but books, household items, etc. Always great deals and it's well organized. You can always catch a really good sale going on, no matter what day it is. They have a well stocked mens section, too. The staff is very helpful and super friendly. If you're in need of some retail therapy this is the place to visit!”
“Love this place. Organized, clean, and they have a bingo card to give you more discounts when you shop! Check out my kitchen art collage all for under $10.00! DIY with thrifting!!”
“BEST RESALE THRIFT STORE IN HOUSTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS... Lady M with the braids in the Boutique is WONDERFUL kind caring ❤️ loving and so very helpful...”
“Edit : results were a bit better than I thought and I came back to consign more. Met a nice woman in charge and left feeling better second time.
Original : Shop if you like fancy and organized. Avoid for consignment. I thought it might be a good place for placing the more valuable stuff of my mother's but after reading the rules over and over (remember - they are doing you a favor) after fighting to get an appointment because they are so busy (didn't seem like it when I got there) after filling out the forms fully, I drove through traffic to get there and some of the stuff was not acceptable. None of it was catalogued like on the sheet and basically I just went through a lot of detailed hassle to donate the small art pieces and maybe the bigger will be tracked but I didn't get the feeling. I doubt they will even label them as mine. They have rules that they can just lowball it in value and consider it a donation. Will they value higher end figurines? I will be surprised if anything gets to my mom. My advice is - don't consign here: they don't need it and it's easier just to donate to your local Goodwill. This organization has been spoiled by easy money.”
“Everyone was so kind, patient, and helpful with me. Very good pricing as well. I paid for delivery, and everything was wrapped and handled well; it all went off without a hitch. Really appreciated it, and glad I got to do business with them.”
“They have some of the best finds! Everything is great quality. And for the quality of the pieces are very reasonably priced. They also always have great deals going on.”
“I love this store I shop here all the time and the employees are very pleasant and helpful and we always finds great deals … I highly recommend that you check them out if you have never been… you won’t be disappointed!!❤️❤️”
“This has become my new location. My first couple times it wasn’t a friendly experience, but I must say once we meet Ms.Angie. Wow the difference and service . Ms. Angie always tries to go above and beyond and is always so friendly . She always tries to accommodate my needs or questions. Wish everyone was as friendly as her. Thank you Ms. Angie for always making the experience for me and my family pleasurable ☺️☺️☺️”
“Extremely friendly and helpful volunteers and great finds! Found a bunch of nice china sets for my new home! They get new stuff in all the time and there are a lot of lovely items! Clothes, bags, shoes, home decor, bags, and other wares! Will be coming back soon!”

“I’ve used the Salvation Army pick up truck several times over the past few years and just completed another pick up today. The process is seamless - You make an appt on line, they call to confirm closer to the date. Individuals who come are professional, courteous and pack items with care. Very impressed with the individuals sent to my home to pick up the items.”
“I found a pair of pants for myself and my wife, and even scored a Louis Vuitton shirt for my kid ?. The staff was helpful and made the whole experience easy. You never know what gems you’ll find here, definitely worth stopping by. We’ll be back for sure!”

“I love shopping at the guild. Lots of treasures! My advice is to keep in mind that things are priced more like a consignment store than a thrift store. I find the clothing and accessories to be on the higher end. Prices are higher on furs the they are on The Real Real. I have seen things like hand bags or blouses priced higher than what they were priced on Amazon or Talbots. Coffee mugs are more than at Home Goods. For this reason 4 stars instead of 5.”
“First off there is a creepy Caucasian guy there who stares while he's supposed to be doing his work (literally at everything I did he would not stop it was very weird). Any who, the store seemed reasonably priced to me and I found some nice things. Please stop putting items in the rack with food or dirt on the clothes, that's nasty. I'm debating whether I like it, very spacious and somewhat organized just a little more cleanliness would be good. Also, the employees besides the guy I mentioned were working hard and were polite to me.”

“Customer service was excellent. The African American lady (sorry I didn't remember her name) she was kind and patient. I had to get a price check, and the Caucasian male was very attentive and fast. I love my Goodwill store.”
“Family Thrift Outlet became my discovery spot when I entered with twenty dollars which turned into a complete treasure haul. The staff provided excellent service while the treasure hunt experience brought me as much joy as finding the items. I will return to this store.”
“Great place to drop off items. The service is great. They will come out to your car with a cart and unload your car for you.
Thank you for all you help. Keep up the great customer service.”
“I loved the way he was a very nice guy. Everything I needed help with he was there to help with, I would highly recommend this place ??
Excellent large selection of products. Very clean. Nice staff , me and my mom been going for years we love it.”
“Stopped in with my kiddos for some everyday clothing. I was happily surprised by the selection--lots of good brands in good condition. The book section had a lot of great books. It looked like there was lots of interesting houseware items, but we didn't have time to look around. It wasn't busy either, which was nice for a Saturday.”
“I’ve only been to this little shop once, and I really liked it. The ladies are very friendly, and I really appreciated the fact that a portion of the proceeds is donated to animal shelters. I will definitely be back to shop and donate.”

“Goodwill has so many programs to help you level up, the way they take care of veterans should be applauded, although you don’t have to be a veteran to benefit . I am currently enrolled in the CAMPT class, Mr. Clark tries to ensure you get what you need to be successful.”
“I usually find good deals here. It's been messy the last few times I've been though. Most workers only speak Spanish (which I am able to speak and understand), but it's annoying to have to use a language app to have a conversation with a business in America. Plus I've caught them talking bad about me and others when they didn't know I knew Spanish.”
“Exceptional customer service! The lady I spoke with on the phone was so sweet that it made my decision to donate here incredibly easy. I just dropped off a massive haul of gently used, name-brand clothes that are ready for a good home. If you're looking for a great local thrift store to support, this is it. I’ll definitely be back for round two as I finish up my summer cleaning!”

“Took my brother and they accepted him with open arms. Had mass with the whole group and it was amazing. The vibe is pure joy and gratefulness. I am so happy I found this organization!”
“This is the older location they have recently moved to a location on West Belfort. The new shop is so much more bigger and has a lot more room to shop. They are one of the only non-profits who actually put the money back into the community. They help people in need by offering clothes on a voucher system. They are part of a food back. The Resale shop has tons of unfound treasures and those looking for items of nostalgia as well.”
“First time at the store found it through TikTok
Ms Jessica and Mr Oliver are absolutely the best
Went in for one thing walked out with plenty of things lol
Discounts everywhere and quality clothing for all sizes
Thank you guys”
