“Just took my kitty to Rose-Rich for a wellness exam and wow the staff was amazing, the doctor was sweet and patient, overall great experience. You can tell animals are really loved by staff. Also the place looks exquisite! I've never seen a vet look so nice, I'm so happy I have a new vet for my fur babies 🥰”
“We recently had to come in for emergency services for our senior cat, Kawaii. Due to the state she was in and her old age, we had to make the heartbreaking decision of putting her to sleep.
Dr. Tran was very kind and compassionate during the entirety of our stay. She explained everything that was happening and answered every question we had. She and the team approached Kawaii with the utmost care and dignity during her stay till her final breath.
Words can’t express the gratitude my family has for Dr. Tran and her team. Letting our cat go was a very difficult and painful experience, but I am grateful that we had amazing people there to help guide us through.
I apologize for not knowing everyone that came in to help that day, but please know we remember your presence and the love you showed to Kawaii. Additionally, thank you all for your kind words and giving us a bit of our Kawaii before she can make it back home to us. Knowing that we aren’t alone during this sad time makes us feel just a little bit better ❤”
“Dr. Hodge and her nurse, Noemi are AMAZING!! They truly care about your pet!! They took the time to really get to know me and our concerns with our pet! They were so kind and thorough! Love this place!!!!”
“Always a good experience and thorough visit when I bring my kitties here! Y'all rock!
As a courtesy, I am attaching two of the objectively worst best pictures of my cats, Muffin and Goose. Healthy and happy, thanks to the staff, techs, and vets here!”

“I called to ask about prices, and was told I could walk in between 8am to 12 noon but once I got there I was told I had to do an exam and rabies shots for both cats. If I'd known that I wouldn't have even wasted gas to go there. I took them to another place and tight their nails cut. The place is beautiful, nice and no complaints. I just feel to ask if new patient or return patient so given information is accurate. This made me late to an appointment I had. Thank GOD they waited for me.
*the price to cut nails is good ??”
“We had to have a tail amputation and was quoted really high amounts at other vets and Richmond made this affordable and immediate. I cannot say enough about how much they are there for the animals well being and not to make a quick buck! Totally worth the drive and will continue to use them for all our veterinary needs in the future”

“I have a great Dane that I've been bringing to Dr. Mendoza for the last two years who has really bad allergies. He's been so great with him and the prices are unbeatable anywhere else I went with charge me four times the amount with no answers. Dr. Mendoza has always been honest. I trust him and so does Duke!”

“I had a very good experience at Pet Check Animal Clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, welcoming, and very attentive. They took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit.
The clinic is well organized, the service is excellent, and the prices are fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of care and attention they provide. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and dedication of the entire team.
It is very reassuring to find a veterinary clinic that genuinely cares about both the pets and their owners. I would definitely recommend Pet Check Animal Clinic to anyone looking for reliable, professional, affordable, and compassionate veterinary care.”

“We came here because Dr. Shah began working here. She's always attentive to our aging cats and spends time explaining everything. It's usually easy to get a quick appointment. We appreciated their patience with us our last visit, because we were a bit late. The prices are as reasonable as our previous vets.”
