“Love this vet office. They are caring and compassionate about both you and your fur baby/babies. They are reasonably priced, you're never pushed one way or another and are offered three treatment plans to choose from a low, medium priced recommended one and a high treatment plan. These ladies are like family to us.... They've been my vet for years for my 2 now 8 year old cats and both my recently deceased service dog (fall 2020 pictured as my profile picture, died from 2 bouts of rare canine cancers back to back) who she loved and they her and now dog who we've had 3 years now, they've helped us in pinches in regards to kennel shot requirement changes, they give great advice and suggestions for services like what ER places are open when they're not or that offer services they can't and animal kennel places (like Waggin Tails Pet Ranch in Fulshear another A+++ place) and are great about touching base to see how everyone is doing after you get seen for things like say parasites (tape worms) or other things along that that you may be giving meds for. As long as we're in Richmond we're going here. Love these ladies.”

Our previous vet would rush to get to the next client and didn't answer questions. Prices are on par with other clinics. Loved the customer service and knowledge.”

Cats already microchipped, vaccinated, so only needed the doctor to apply for USDA export permit via VEHCS. He checked the documents, asked me to get overnight shipping label in pdf and I got them approved that very same day. I compared the cost with other vet, they charge outrageous compared to this vet. If you are flying your pets internationally any saving helps. Highly recommend.”
