“After a HORRIBLE experience with a different Lumber Yards STIHLL tech (Canton) we drove to Kaufman and met Lance. He was absolutely amazing. He couldn't believe the previous tech wouldn't even look at our weedeater. He assured us that he would take a look at it and fix any issues. Come to find out it was as simple as a spark plug issue and he fixed it quick and cheap! We will make that drive from now on to see Lance!”
