“Had the misfortune of a minor side swipe and other driver's insurance sent me to Caliber Collision in Keller, Tx. Was not really sure there was enough damage to warrant pulling the side panel off for a deeper inspection so I brought it by for a visual before scheduling a formal appointment. That's when Alex stepped in. Without hesitation, he took the car around back and buffed out the transfer paint from other car and then returned to show me the extent of the damage - just surface level - a bit of a deep scratch. Was super thankful for Alex taking the time to clean the transfer and help me understand what damage I had. Tried to thank him with a tip but he preferred me putting a good word in here. Will definitely go back to Caliber if we choose to do a repair. Thanks again Alex!!! Great Customer Service!!!”

“I’d just like to say I’ve had great people help me out at this location. They are Very kind, very hardworking, generous especially for a female like me who knows nothing about cars or can’t even screw a lightbulb in for one lol. Alfredo the gentleman that helped me today was patient and polite understanding of me he even went out of his way to even help another issue I had noticed on my battery when all I needed was a headlight change. he went out of is way when he didn’t have to. This also isn’t the first time he’s helped me like this. I’m certain this is the person my friends talk about when they come here too for help. Before going to this AutoZone I was told at a o’Reilly not too far that they can’t replace my headlight even though they’ve done it in the past and I felt so embarrassed asking the AutoZone employee for help because of this but once again I wasn’t disappointed and even learned some things about my car and what to do next time.
