He went above and beyond to help us—walking us through the deal, showing us where everything was, and even pointing out all the condiments. His positive attitude and enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to see someone who clearly loves their job and interacting with people. When it came time to check out, he was right there again to assist us. During that moment, another employee joined the interaction, and the two shared a lighthearted joke. It was clear they have a supportive and positive work environment, which made the visit even more pleasant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
