“Dale showed an understanding of the floor tile problems that we were experiencing even before he arrived at our home. He took the time to understand our concerns and addressed them accurately. The person that he sent out to replace the tile handled the job in a way that saved us time and money. We appreciate their terrific work!”

“I have been going to these people for the last 5 months since I moved around the Keller area. This place is very reasonably priced and they deliver in the time they mention at the time of placing order. I wanted to review them because they have less than 4 starts but I believe they deserve better more people should go to them when they need a piece of glass or a mirror.”

“Cannot say enough positive about Watson Tile and Stone. Because of our experience a couple of years ago with kitchen granite tops and tile, we selected them for renovation of bathrooms in our 35 year old home in North Richland Hills. Patsy, store owner, provides outstanding customer service. She is calm, friendly, follows up to check on work progress, answers questions, however small, and has good taste about types of materials and color. Patsy takes care of scheduling the plumbers and any other project related work. Angie, her daughter and the designer, does project estimates and returns to follow-up, as needed. With a gift for color and design, she is patient and helpful. We knew we wanted to replace the original bathtub and tile in one bathroom and replace carpet with tile in our master bathroom. When I asked Angie in jest what people did with often useless bath tubs in the master bathroom with showers, she said that they were doing a lot of "aging in place" remodeling, including walk in showers. Although this was an unplanned expense, it was one of the best decisions we have ever made! We even chose a doorless design. The tile "Master," Louis is a skilled and friendly hard worker. It says something about him and Patsy that he has worked for her so many years. The walk in shower option included tapping off the plumbing in the existing shower and converting the space into a closet with three shelves. In our case, this meant an extension of my existing closet. Louis read my mind in recommending shelf placement. Cilensio installed the tile in the second bathroom tub and Louis oversaw the work of an assistant in the master bathroom. I have recommended Watson to several people, finding out that often Watson has a better cost for the quality of the work and the service you receive! I highly recommend Watson.Services: Drywall repair”

“Trevor is a flooring savant. A tiling artiste, even. Tell her what you're trying to do and watch her start coming up with ideas and things you've never even thought of. Tithe all your best snacks to her immediately because this is the least you can do for this absolute retail sales wizard. What good fortune this company fell backwards into when they hired this model employee and human being. I don't know who their CEO is, but Trevor should be if she wants. She should also be given a free bathroom or kitchen remodel any time she chooses at her own place, plus tons of art supplies or gift cards to art supplies stores. Be advised: This is your next Monet or Van Gogh or Criss Angel. i.e. The best of the best. Are you paying attention, world?!”

“There are few things as personal and emotionally charged as the renovation of a family home. When my parents decided to revamp their home and add a sunroom extension, we knew we needed a company that could not only deliver impeccable craftsmanship, but also respect the sentimentality of our property. That's exactly what we found with Miland Construction Company. From the moment we made contact, Miland exhibited an unprecedented level of professionalism, transparency, and understanding. They made a seemingly daunting task an incredibly stress-free and enjoyable experience. Well, as stress free as a full renovation while you are still living in the house could be. The team was spearheaded by Sam, the designer, and Jeff, the lead contractor. Both of these individuals brought an exceptional degree of expertise and dedication to the project. Sam's creative vision and ability to understand and translate our needs into design was nothing short of amazing. With an eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the character of our home, Sam provided design options that were both practical and aesthetically pleasing. He was instrumental in suggesting many of the modern touches we were looking for, and designing the sunroom extension. The sunroom has now become our favorite place to gather as a family, offering a beautiful blend of indoor comfort with outdoor views. Jeff, on the other hand, was the operational rockstar of the project! His understanding of the intricate aspects of construction, combined with his knack for problem-solving, ensured that the renovation proceeded smoothly, and within the scheduled timeframe. Jeff's accessibility and willingness to address our concerns at any point was deeply appreciated. From day one he has guided us through every aspect of this renovation. We could not have done this without him! What sets Miland Home Construction apart is not just their competency, but their ability to infuse passion into their projects. They treated our home as if it were their own, displaying a level of care that can't be measured. This personal touch, coupled with their professional acumen, has resulted in a transformation of our parents' home that goes beyond our initial expectations. The result? A perfectly renovated home that retains its original charm, enhanced with a modern touch and an alluring sunroom that ties it all together. Every aspect of the home, down to the smallest detail, exudes quality and thoughtful design. In our opinion, Miland Home Construction is more than just a construction company - they are creators of dreams, architects of joy, and builders of a place that we are even more proud to call 'home'. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy, skilled, and dedicated team for their home renovation needs.”

“We took the "Flavors of France" cooking class for a date night here recently and had an absolute blast. Chef Michael was an excellent teacher and was so personable and entertaining that we felt at home the entire time. Some highlights included learning the proper technique for cooking a steak, and an unbelievably easy (yet crazy delicious) method for making a pear tart dessert.”

“Great guys at Fergusons. I have worked with Ferguson's Las Vegas area. Awesome team. Quality product. I was looking for a tankless water heater, but the one I wanted although it was in their computer, was not in stock. Knowing I was at my deadline and needed a comparable replacement. The guys went to work. They found that missing wh unit! And I got a huge discount on it! Thanks Guys!”

“My wife and I love coming here for high quality kitchen essentials. Nicki was very helpful today and the store is laid out well for someone to browse even if they didn't come in looking for a particular item. We own a ton of stuff from here (and from online purchases) - it's well worth it to spring for quality items that will last a long time.”

“The store is large. They have a big selection of costume jewelry. We also found a hundred choices of handbags. The lady who checked us out was pleasant. However two ladies who were stocking the shelves were obviously fighting. Although I didn't understand that language - tone and body language said all we needed to know. It made us all very uncomfortableIt is well located and ready to find. The parking lot is clean and easy to use. They are handicap parking spaces as well.”

“Needed a new condenser cooling fan and they fixed me up with the new fan motor and small capacitor since the new motor had 4 wires and my old one only had 3. They took the time to show me how to hook up the extra wires to the capacitor and I had it up and running in no time once I got it home. They did forget to tell me (and I forgot to ask) how to reverse motor rotation direction, but a quick online video fixed that since it just happen to be spinning the wrong way out of the box for my fan blades.Very helpful and cheerful, even on a Monday morning. I'll go back if I ever have to do some (very) basic work on my A/C again.”
