It had a 10 year warranty so we called the store to inquire about the claim process. I was very pleasantly surprised with their response. They honored the warranty, the claim was filed and we selected a new mattress from the same store. Excellent service throughout. Would recommend Mattress Firm and this store in particular.”

No-pressure sales technique, but informative and very personalized as he asked a few questions, listened closely and well and then made suggestions about various products in the store. We went in to get a lumbar support pillow for the car in preparation of a long road trip and wound up buying a power zero-gravity chair. Our original $60 purchase eventually found us spending nearly $5000. We are thrilled with the high-quality power leather massage zero-gravity chair we bought, and will likely return in the future for a Tempur-Pedicure mattress set”
“When we bought our new home back in Sept 2022, we bought furniture at both SF and NFM.
Fast forward to Jan 2026 and I just want to share that the pieces we bought from SAGINAW FURNITURE, was not only cheaper than NFM but the quality has been far superior to that of the overpriced low quality bulk produced furniture we bought at nfm at the same time.
Ive spent the last 3 weeks just trying to get NFM to honor the 5 year protection plan, through square trade/Allstate. Claiming they would send someone out within 72 hours. After my 20th call to them this morning, I asked can I just hire a different furniture repair company? She wasnt sure but would find out. So, since I tossed Saginaw furniture 's info into this ordeal for the repairs, I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Steve.
Y'all THIS RIGHT HERE is why to do your business with family owned local shops. He was awesome and able to help get the dots connected. He even remembered the custom halltree we bought way back in 2022. We also bought a complete bedroom suite with them. We had been hunting everywhere because I wanted antique white furniture. Having dual base adjustable beds also presented a challenge in finding a headboard to make the adjustable beds look nicer. He found us a custom headboard,footboard and frame all wood and in antigue white , exactly what I wanted. Then they came and built it aroundbour beds! Their guys were fast, friendly, and cleaned up their mess. All the furniture we bought with them, still feels and looks brand new. Its all solid. Nothing loose or anything.
Ok, so why so long to do the review? Thats on me. We got busy with moving ,kids in school, and life. Dealing with needing furniture repair in the junk nfm sold us brought all this back around. After how willing Steve was this morning to help us with this issue, I felt I absolutely needed to make sure people knew how awesome this little shop is. Don't waste your time driving to Dallas. Go see Steve at Saginaw furniture! I dont work for them or know them personally, just a really happy customer and in a world where everyone likes to complain, I just wanted to compliment them.”

“I don't usually write reviews, but Tim went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect pillow. He patiently guided me through trying different types and sizes, which was essential since I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Tim’s expertise and recommendations, I finally found the right one. I've always used Tempur-Pedic pillows, and whenever I tried to switch to cheaper alternatives, they only made things worse, causing more neck pain and sleepless nights. I visited the Tempur-Pedic store at the Tehama Ridge Shopping Center off of 35W and North Tarrant Pkwy, where they're currently offering a Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale until Monday, 10/14! “Great experience at the Southlake location! We upgraded from a P6 to a Comfort 360. Upon entry we were greeted by two lovely associates. Ayanna was very helpful and full of knowledge. She answered all our questions and even offered suggestions which increased our trust in purchasing the SmartBed. Delivery was scheduled within 48-72 which is awesome because we don't have to wait 2-3 weeks to sleep in comfort! Thanks to Ayanna, our overall experience an A+.
Update: We purchased the bed on Tuesday, 6/9, and were told it would be delivered on Friday, 6/12. Just received a message today (Thursday 6/11) informing me that the bed would not be delivered as expected, and we will have to wait until 6/22 for delivery. I think it is a cunning plan from Sleep Number to tell customers an acceptable delivery date, and the once purchased, they call to tell you delivery will be two-three weeks out! Not acceptable!!

Back in today looking a couches and the salesman told me bedframe had gone on sale and gave me a 15% back on a price adjustment.
Weirs has always been great for us. It’s the perfect value-for-price formula.
We have shopped at a number of their stores over the last 25 years as we have moved around the DFW area. The salespeople are always low stress and kind. Stores are clean and well merchandised.
