“My husband and I shopped on the weekend before July 4th. Ken was terrific, not pushy at all and very informative of how the mattresses are made. He asked how we sleep and got enough information from us to point us to the right selections. We tried out different ones and bought a queen and a king. This is the first time in years we have slept better and woken up pain free. This trip was way overdue for us. The mattresses were to be delivered on Friday, July 3rd, but they found out the delivery people would be off so they delivered on Monday. The owner himself brought another employee out to help get them to us on Monday. You can't ask for much more than that. Great customer service and we are so happy with our purchase! Very reasonable. Go see them. You won't be disappointed.”

He patiently guided me through trying different types and sizes, which was essential since I struggle with neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to Tim’s expertise and recommendations, I finally found the right one. I've always used Tempur-Pedic pillows, and whenever I tried to switch to cheaper alternatives, they only made things worse, causing more neck pain and sleepless nights. “When we wanted to buy a king mattress we couldn't make a choice because there are so many kinds. We looked at the tag of the queen size we had been sleeping on for over 10 years and it was Royal. We looked where to get another Royal and this location was not far from us. We were led through the factory to a showroom where we tried out mattresses. We chose firm pillow top. They took a week to create it and deliver. It's not pillowy it's firm. It's been very good for our backs.”
