What really stood out: before finishing up, the technician asked how I charge my phone. When I mentioned my charging port wasn't working, he fixed it on the spot at no charge since the device was already open. That kind of initiative and honesty is rare.
Hoping I don't need them again, but if I do — I'm coming back without hesitation. Highly recommend and now I get to keep all my phone data.”

We circled back and got the SOS crash notification on family's phones. It got run over. Had a Defender case and screen protector. Att said to take it here for repair. 3:45pm on a Sunday. She was super helpful. Said she would do her best. 50/50 chance. We showed up at 4:45 and she was wrapping up. SHE FIXED IT!! She is so sweet too!!”

We had bought a phone just two days earlier at another Cricket location down the street, and it was nothing but a nightmare from the moment we left that store. My son’s phone had no service, and all we were told was to “turn it off and on and wait.”
When we came to the Denton Hwy location, Rudy was already helping two different customers, yet he still took the time to analyze my situation. He was making phone calls on our behalf while activating another customer’s phone—multitasking like a pro!
Within 10–15 minutes, Rudy figured out exactly what was wrong, got the phone exchanged, and just like that—problem solved! My son and I left happy because Rudy truly cared about fixing the issue, not about making a commission.
