“I was so closed to not purchasing a new phone there! However, Mr. Paul and his coworker was so kind to me; then in walked this lady. I asked Mr.Paul was she the owner because she went behind the counter. He said yes. Her energy was so negative. She didn't say hi nor did she smile. In fact, she was the same aggressive lady in the parking lot that didn't know how to park and had the nerve to mean-mug me...LOL. Anyway, I don't know about you all but I don't spend my money where I not respected! She better be glad Mr. Paul provided great customer service frfr. Oh yeah, there was another customer that came in who look dirty as if he had been fixing on cars. She didn't greet him either she didn't smile at him. In fact, she turned her nose up. This man had a pocket full of money and bought a phone from her place of business due to the kind service that was provided to him from her employees. My 5 star rate is for the customer service! And I'm not telling you what to do but if people don't respect you, you have the right to not spend your money with them.
