“Outstanding service and fair pricing., exactly what you want from a repair shop. I came in needing a screen replacement and was walked through my options clearly without any pressure. The repair was done quickly, and the phone was confirmed fully working before I got it back.
What really stood out: before finishing up, the technician asked how I charge my phone. When I mentioned my charging port wasn't working, he fixed it on the spot at no charge since the device was already open. That kind of initiative and honesty is rare.
Hoping I don't need them again, but if I do — I'm coming back without hesitation. Highly recommend and now I get to keep all my phone data.”

“I was so closed to not purchasing a new phone there! However, Mr. Paul and his coworker was so kind to me; then in walked this lady. I asked Mr.Paul was she the owner because she went behind the counter. He said yes. Her energy was so negative. She didn't say hi nor did she smile. In fact, she was the same aggressive lady in the parking lot that didn't know how to park and had the nerve to mean-mug me...LOL. Anyway, I don't know about you all but I don't spend my money where I not respected! She better be glad Mr. Paul provided great customer service frfr. Oh yeah, there was another customer that came in who look dirty as if he had been fixing on cars. She didn't greet him either she didn't smile at him. In fact, she turned her nose up. This man had a pocket full of money and bought a phone from her place of business due to the kind service that was provided to him from her employees. My 5 star rate is for the customer service! And I'm not telling you what to do but if people don't respect you, you have the right to not spend your money with them.

“I came this place due to their higher customer ratings. I took my iPhone in thinking there was a need to get my charger port repaired on my iPhone. Boss lady took it to the back of the shop for 5 mins and came back saying she was able to remove some tiny debris and cleaned it up nice. She said it was free of charge would not accept payment or a tip and just asked I spread the word about their company. I am very thankful for that type of customer service. Also they have a very clean professional looking shop. Please go see them for your phone repair needs.”
