“Just switched my business banking to Prosperity Bank after many years of trying to work with a large national bank. Prosperity Bank was able to process my Paycheck Protection Program loan within days. My previous large national bank was a monumental waste of time for over three weeks. The large national bank had NO customer service and kept emailing me for tax forms my business doesn't file - they simply just don't get it. “Came in 15 minutes before closing and needed to do several tasks that I knew would take about an hour or longer to complete. Their reps at the front happily directed me to a private representative, Vickie, who was amazing. She was (i) time efficient, (ii) very friendly (and didn’t push me to do things the way Chase might suggest) with great customer service, (iii) excellent to work with. She deserves a raise! Vickie clearly put my (the customer’s) needs above her own, as she stayed late and offered to help when she didn’t have to well after the branch closed. She made sure my requests were handled swiftly, while still being very thorough. She didn’t flinch when I asked her, a couple times, to help do “one more thing” after she had already completed and closed out the tasks I had originally come to the bank to complete. It is rare to find people with an attitude favoring the customer like Vickie does, and the Chase branch as a whole at this location seemed to have the same customer-first orientation, even if it meant sticking around past the close to help a customer in need. This is why I stick with Chase! Thank you, Vickie!”

Hi Fernanda and Roman and Daphne this is Dave if your reading this I just want to say thank you so much for the help with helping me open a Savings Account my intention was to actually break A hundred into Small bills for a garage sale since all banks were close at like 12PM or closed on Sat and Sun but ya’ll were the only banks open late which is Impressive ya’ll were patient and Informative with me and conversed and made sure I was doing ok I give this 10/5 star rating”
