“My husband and I walked into the Keller Parkway BOA at 12:40 on a Saturday. We were welcomed by all and introduced to Rosanna Perez who assisted us in opening 2 accounts. The bank closed at 1:00, and what we needed done required us to be there until almost 2:00. We apologized to Rosanna and she said things like - "no problem", "I understand this is probably the time you both can make it happen with your busy work week", "we don't walk out of here at 1:00 anyway", "it is my pleasure" etc. I know she has young children and would probably appreciate getting home on a Saturday! EVERYONE waited on us and were friendly and provided top notch service. Well done Team BOA!! and THANK YOU.”

Prosperity Bank was able to process my Paycheck Protection Program loan within days. My previous large national bank was a monumental waste of time for over three weeks. The large national bank had NO customer service and kept emailing me for tax forms my business doesn't file - they simply just don't get it. “I'm taking a star away for one reason. No waiting list for (a larger) safe deposit box. Bank of America has a waiting list. Wells Fargo does not. We are told we must keep checking. I find this to be ridiculous. If it was a simple phone call, maybe I would not be so critical, but it's not. You never get right through. So every time we come in we ask. So far, no luck.”

“Actually I came for the Fish and Chips food truck from On the Hook . So tasty and flaky and the Chips ? ? were good especially with the spicy sauce that comes with traditional tartar sauce. The trucks is usually parked here on Saturday 11am-7pm. But it will vary sometimes. They announced it would be at Kroger near Rufe Snow and Keller Parkway today on Facebook.”
