“I planned to shop at Dollar Tree to get balloons and other items for my husband’s birthday, but I ended up go to this store instead. It’s like a Party City but with more reasonable prices and a more organized/clean atmosphere compared to regular dollar stores. Debbie was incredibly kind and welcoming. She held the door open/close for me as I was pushing my baby’s stroller. She was so cheerful and helpful, smiling and being kind throughout the entire interaction. I wanted to write a review for her because of her exceptional service?”
“I was really surprised at how caring the GM at this store was, my coupons wouldn't go through, I showed him it did apply and he was so carry he honor them. It was just a nice surprise, I go to Dollar General several in the area and while everyone is nice no one had truly gone above and beyond like him.”

Tonight, she checked me out at register 2... i only had a few Halloween decorations, and she didn’t know this, well. she DID know actually.. but not from me... but the last few day’s of my life have been HELL. Catherine and i spoke very little actually, but an old soul like hers recognizes pain behind peoples smiles.Catherine, I hope you never ever let this cruel world take away your kind heart. “This store was extremely clean and all three ladies were super helpful. I went to this location after a terrible experience I had at the League City Pkwy location. My review for the is as follows: down the aisle where I was waiting and asked me if the young man had told me that they didn’t have it. I feel it was so quick that she didn’t look thoroughly, but that of course was an assumption. Then the two older women were having a conversation about “someone” told me they had inventory and twisted my words around because they clearly didn’t listen. The facial expressions they made were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I didn’t hold back from pointing out their actions and behavior. One lady tried to apologize. She said she didn’t know I was talking to her and the other lady with the bandage on her wrist gave me the hand gesture as to shut me up. These women obviously take advantage of the young man on the register while they sit in the office complaining about the store instead of putting away inventory. Thankfully the 518 & 45 location had over 20 cartons. I purchased 4, but someone from Corporate needs to assess the League City Parkway location because that store is a mess! And those women complaining about the company probably need to retire.

“All of the employees and management here at this Dollar Tree are absolutely wonderful people. Love to shop here, great values. The store is clean and well organized. They just remodeled the landscaping and parking lot area. Beautiful new mural being artistically painted upon the side of the building. They are a wonderful part of the League City landscape. They are kind enough to allow me to park my semi truck there while I’m at home which allows me to visit their store on a fairly regular basis.”

“Love the friendly staff. I hope they will take a second look at how the books, CDs and DVDs are labeled with the price tag stickers. More often than not, the newer, larger price stickers cover the titles! No longer can you simply scan the titles to see if there is something that interests you because you can't see the titles. I gave up after a few minutes trying.”
“Every time I come to this location I always have a good experience. Cashiers are so attentive even when dealing with 10 things at once! The managers are so nice and make sure things are running smoothly. Special shoutout to Danielle a manager there who helps me put together decorations for whatever event I have going on that month!!
Only issue I have is I wish there were more trendy Pinterest worthy things but after looking at some of their summer merchandise I thinks that’s changing soon! Summer is so cute”
“I love coming here because the ladies working are always super sweet and always greet customers walking in. They make the customers feel very welcome!
However, there's always various homeless men hanging out in front of the store, asking for money as you leave. I noticed many customers actually give them money, so yeah of course they keep coming back.
It shouldn't be up to these women to approach these men and make them leave, as it could be dangerous, but this issue needs to be handled, as it's been going on for years. Sometimes I straight up leave and go somewhere else when I pull up and see a man there.”
