“Very nice property, very clean from lobby to the rooms. The staff is about as nice as any I have stayed in anywhere. Only down side was we needed to do a quick laundry before leaving Saturday and the machines were really needing some service. Otherwise it was a top notch bargain. Will return for sure!”
“Friendly staff, Ruben is a great greeter. Various complimentary breakfast options makes it easy to start the day. Convenient to enter from several sides, once you have your key card. Ashtrays have been removed from poolside ( thank you) since my last trip.
But you could use a little shade by the pool so us gingers can enjoy poolside too.”

“The mattress are hard. I have stayed at other SpringHill Suites (Lindale, TX - amazing mattress). Also no lotion options (travel or dispensary in the suite). Nice room overall. Liked that the porcelain furniture was in a separate room from the shower. Nice size closet, sitting area with sofa w/ trundle and desk space.”

“This is a great place for business meetings and networking. However I feel they could do a lot better with coffee. There was a lack of coffee in the hotel and if one was available, it was hidden in a corner somewhere in the back of the hotel. ?.Otherwise, it is a good location for professional meetings.”

“Service was great.
Unfortunately my fellow guests were less so. As I walked in at 10:30 pm an older gentleman was complaining to the front desk person about something that was obviously out of their control. Despite me standing in clear view of both, he continued his diatribe. Finally, after several minutes he wrapped up and left.
Ashley, then cheerily and professionally helped me check in. She dealt with the situation with class and professionalism.
This hotel was pretty nice for the price of a corporate event, and the staff was top notch.”

“Great Spot! Better prices than Galveston, which is where we were leaving from for our cruise. 4th of July weekend was busy. Breakfast could have been better with some protein added to the menu. “The only issue I had was with the toilet. It looked like someone exploded in the toilet. If you know what I mean. Then the water tank leaked from the seal so the bathroom floor was wet. “My family and I had a great time was super close to the beach and restaurants
Beds were comfortable, room was super nice and clean.
Staff here were fantastic and nice
Hot breakfast (eggs, waffles, meat, potatoes)
Was only bummed about the pool not being opened but more reason for us to go to the beach.
I didn't see any bugs, or leaks,our water pressure was just fine in our room warmed up quick, the room stayed nice and cold (husband complained I was turning him into a popsicle) happy wife happy life ?”

“We planned a family vacation on memorial day weekend. I had already booked at another hotel. When I arrived at the other hotel the told me that my reservation had been CANCELLED! I was frantic because all places near Galveston were booked. I finally called this place and Madiha was a life saver! She had great customer service and was very patient with me. “Great place, clean and chill! It's a budget inn without all the crackhead drama. Just mind your own business, and you'll be fine. I was in and out of the room between 10pm and 4am and wasn't bothered once I felt pretty safe. I didn't get eaten up by bed bugs and had the room for about a month. The maid service was a great, very sweet lady, and they really cared about their guest overall it was a good experience.”

“I checked in Monday night, this young man name julio help me out. Gave me the best room on site. A/c cold and it had all what I need. Since I'm disabled, this kid help me with my bags and wheel chair to the room. He deserves a rise and hopefully to become manager of the property. He's always willing to help people in need and always making sure property is safe and secured. He deserves a good rise. I'm glad I stayed here. Best motel ever.”

“The owner & whole staff was very welcoming, friendly & accommodating. Great location, indoor pool, no bugs, very clean, newly renovations, pet friendly. Breakfast was great, fresh eggs cooked on the spot & even omelettes were available. The Oreo, blueberry & strawberry muffins the kids loved. Bacon, sausage & peanut butter was available. Of course waffles, yogurt, toast, cereal & fresh fruit was present. Made us feel like family. Definitely will be booking with them again soon.”
