“Yes, there’s a certain smell when you walk in the beautiful lobby - nothing horrible like the hotels closer to the sea. Easy check in, CLEAN ROOMS, loved the floors instead of carpets and NO ROACHES! Breakfast had a variety (tip let ur waffle cook longer so it won’t be under cooked). THANK YOU BW!”

“The mattress are hard. I have stayed at other SpringHill Suites (Lindale, TX - amazing mattress). Also no lotion options (travel or dispensary in the suite). Nice room overall. Liked that the porcelain furniture was in a separate room from the shower. Nice size closet, sitting area with sofa w/ trundle and desk space.”

“This is my main hotel whenever I have to be in the Clear Lake area. It's starting to show its age a little bit but still has that modern, clean look Tru goes for. Rooms are always the ideal temp and the sheets are the softest I have ever felt in a Hilton hotel. Staff is always friendly and attentive. I plan to stay many more times.”

“Great Spot! Better prices than Galveston, which is where we were leaving from for our cruise. 4th of July weekend was busy. Breakfast could have been better with some protein added to the menu. The Texas shaped waffles were a hit with my crew tho! Very nice employees. Will definitely stay again for the next cruise!”

“We stayed here bc of the great rating and we had a great experience. The bed and bathrooms were clean. I wipe all counters when I arrive at any hotel with disinfectant wipes and theirs was the cleanest ever! Breakfast was good. We had an issue with the tv and they fixed it fast. We’d definitely stay here again. The ppl who own it care about this place and you can tell.”

“The only issue I had was with the toilet. It looked like someone exploded in the toilet. If you know what I mean. Then the water tank leaked from the seal so the bathroom floor was wet. “We came in late at night after a long day of flights and were greeted with courtesy. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Soap, shower gel, shampoo were provided. Breakfast included bread, cereal, waffles, syrup, jam, butter, coffee and tea. The breakfast is great and sufficient in my opinion. For the price you are paying, what else do you expect in this economy? People just love to complain lol. Good bang for your buck. Thanks to the staff!!!”

“For the price and location, the Comfort Suites Webster Houston NASA is hard to beat. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, and everything is well-kept.
I initially booked because it was the only available Choice hotel, but after staying here consistently, it’s become a go-to. It’s quiet, safe, and convenient to everything around Webster. I’ve seen some complaints, but based on my stays, the hotel delivers good value and a solid experience every time.
The owner is the coolest person you’ll ever meet. Such charismatic behavior and just cool.”

“Misty and Leslie were very helpful in relocating us to ADA room we needed. Professional, courteous and efficient when there was a hotel staff lack of communication the day before. Thank you Misty and Leslie; you are the reason for this review. To be clear, their service to us was very beyond their 'job' as other staff said ADA couldn't be guaranteed even though we paid for same. We trust these staff members will be acknowledged for the example they have set. Thank you ladies.”
“For the price of the room, the room was good and for the price of the hotel the hotel was good. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but I guess it goes along with the cost of the hotel also extremely convenient across the street from the space station”

“Great place, clean and chill! It's a budget inn without all the crackhead drama. Just mind your own business, and you'll be fine. I was in and out of the room between 10pm and 4am and wasn't bothered once I felt pretty safe. I didn't get eaten up by bed bugs and had the room for about a month. The maid service was a great, very sweet lady, and they really cared about their guest overall it was a good experience.”

“Out of every Motel 6 I've ever stayed in, this is by far the cleanest/best ever. There may not be any amenities except ice, vending and laundry, but their pool is clean/working. And there is the southern favorite Waffle House right next door.”
“I stayed here 2 weeks for work and I had no problem whatsoever. The front desk lady (Keisha I think) was very helpful and got me into a room quickly. The room was clean and everything worked fine. The hot water took a few minutes to heat up but the crazy strong water pressure was great after a long day of work. I would stay here again.”
