“I was in your store on Saturday, July 6. I was facing a HUGE dilemma, because my debit card had been compromised. After numerous attempts to use my Walmart app to make a purchase, it wasn't working. The VERY sweet cashier, which unfortunately I didn't get his name helped me tremendously. I was referred to Customer Service. Let me tell you the representative, was BEYOND patient with me while I tried to get my account in order. She assisted me and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Her name is Victoria Garcia. She was a pleasure, and her customer service was amazing. I know Walmart gets a bad rap, but the representatives at your store were absolutely WONDERFUL.”
“I keep getting expired groceries delivered. My yogurt expired almost 1 weeks ago and my milk was a couple days expired. I got bakery bread on 3 different occasions and it would be moldy 2 days later. Wish I could trust yall to pick my groceries out lol”

“Definitely always the cheapest in the AREA!! Opens at 7am and closes late during the weekend. You can pull up either side, the holes are long to pull to either side, this is a Plus Plus. Also the open Spot notifier is good this is new, it’s on top of the front of the ⛽️ pump”

“I was supposed to be on vacation (a cruise) and ended up being transferred to UTMB for emergency gallbladder surgery. Every single person I encountered was friendly, and caring the entire time I was there. If you're in the area and in need of a hospital, this is the place to be!”

“I used Deliverit Pharmacy Clear Lake for the first time 11/2023. The pharmacist Arthur and nurse Valery were incredibly nice, helpful, and worked extremely fast to get all my prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy. I thought getting my prescription transferred and filled would take 3 to 5 days. Late Monday evening I called nurse Valery with my information and medications to be transferred. Before 8:15am Tuesday morning I received a personal text AND phone call from Arthur the pharmacist that my medications were ready for pick-up.All my family members will be transferring their medications to Deliverit Clear Lake.Thanks for the great customer service!-Glen”

“This is the best pharmacy in the area and the competition isn’t close. Heidi, and Candace in particular are phenomenal. Everyone I’ve spoken with is kind, considerate, and knowledgeable.
We made the switch from the Walgreens down the road after (yet another) issue with them. My biggest regret is that we didn’t make the switch sooner. I’ll happily give up drive-thru pickup for the kind of customer service this CVS delivers.

“Krogers should watch out because HEB is doing it right . They have the most helpful , curious , kind , knowledgeable and helpful employees ever. Compared to Krogers where your treated as a bother rather than a paying customer .
Just the level of cleanliness is unmatched by competitors. The variety of products is amazing and the quality of the store brand is great too. The only thing I would complain about it’s the lack of weekly “deals “ . I think that offering some sort of rewards program would be great addition to the experience for customers . Offering discounts on fuel , and loyalty points of some sort . Highly recommended this place. Child friendly also !!!”
“Similar to Safeway. Excellent service in the prepared food/deli department. *Update 9/25/24* Only frustration is the digital coupons. I have the loyalty card, but as a senior citizens don't put apps on my phone. Wish their corporate office would address this... Otherwise great grocery store. Well organized and perfectly sized. Happy this one is close by.”

“The service at CVS in Target in Dickinson is great! They are always nice and go above and beyond to help. That also , always address us by name, when they greet us. They take the time to make your experience personal.We usually are helped by Heidi and Candace. They are always smiling and conversational. Wonderful customer service.They help us understand our medications also if needed.”
“Convenient location near me. Plenty of parking if you are willing to walk a couple rows. Convenient gas station with 3 pumps per row instead of the usual 2 at most other locations. Great place to shop for my staple items.”

“Sam's Club is my favorite place to buy bulk items.They sell food, clothes, appliances, electronics, and seasonal furniture, for the outdoors. Regular furniture for the home. We love the snack bar. Where we sit and have a bite to eat. Check out their bakery. You can choose from a wide selection of cakes and desserts for that special occasion. They also have days where new members can join for just 50 dollars. Look for advertising or just ask at the service desk. Discounts for service members, active,reserve, or retired veterans. I forgot, they also have a tire and rim department.”
“The cheapest gas hands down I just wish the workers would go tell people who come in the wrong way that they can't do that anymore. We all wait in long lines and pump gas how we are supposed to then these selfish people just cut you off and pull in the wrong way like it's not clear we are all waiting in line in one direction so I wish they would make the employees enforce the one direction more but other then that cheap gas nice pumps”

“The recently installed drive through lanes at the Clear Lake Pharmacy are very convenient for picking up prescriptions. They use vacuum tubes like at a drive through bank so it is quick and convenient.”

“Customer service always goes above and beyond. Because of health issues I need to use a battery powered cart. When I went thru the door today all carts were not available as they were being charged. As I was filled with dispair here comes a young lady through the door who works there and I asked if she knew if there were any other carts. She offered to go to the other side of the store and check and did come back with one I could use so I was able to get my groceries. She was so kind and helpful, all the employees are wonderful.”

It’s got all we would need without having to run to Walmart or even order off of Amazon. It’s close to home and we know where everything is. It is stocked with great varieties of food and great employees. The prices as a member are tremendous as it helps us save so much each week. Favorite: the coupons they mail to you on the things you buy!”
“Omg! This wholesale store is a lot better than Sam's Club in a lot of ways. I had the opportunity to be gifted a Costco card during the Christmas hour. I visited the store on Sunday to solidify my membership and had the pleasure of speaking with customer service personnel, Sophia. Initially, Ms. Sophia attempted to upsell me a deal with a credit card. I wasn't interested in getting another CC, so she was cool with my decision. I ended up getting an exclusive card to add to my basic account which Ms. Sophia assisted me with. She was so patient and answered all of my questions. I even was allowed to add my sister who gifted me the original card. The card machine was down at the moment, but Ms. Sophia went above and beyond by showing me how to access the app to view how my points would be calculated. I always knew Costco was better than Sam's Club in some ways, but I did not realize how much their products aligned with my lifestyle. The produce was significantly better looking and the deals appeared to be much more affordable. They have more vegan-friendly foods such as a pack of organic tofu, several big bags of frozen vegetables, bulk soy, oat, and almond milks, hummus, Beyond patties, and the icing on the cake is their wide selection of Asian snacks such as mochi (not just the frozen kind), my favorite: want-want rice crackers, kimchi, taro balls, and boba gelatin-free fruit cups. I mean, the variety was expansive. Even some of the processed noodles, vegetable-fried spring rolls, I spotted some kombucha too. I really love the vast cultural options that they had. I just wasn't expecting that. It is a beautiful thing. I didn't get the deal with no Mastercard so I can't credit my purchases, but hopefully, they can change that soon. I visited on a Sunday and it was barely packed with people. The store is clean and they actively have staff sweeping. The staff members seem to be satisfied with their jobs. Now, the apparel department was out of order, but that is to be expected. The ladies restroom was very clean and had lots of stalls that were packed with toilet paper. This is a solid location.”

I am so happy I transferred my prescriptions to H‑E‑B. I was a pharmacy technician for years, years ago, and know the workload they juggle, but they handle it beautifully.”
