“After years of what felt like constant issues dealing with the big chain pharmacies, I was fortunate enough to have Professional Building Pharmacy recommended to me by a doctor. That was 10 years ago and I’ve been with them since.With PBP I’ve never had to worry about them dropping the ball. I can’t think of a single instance in the last 10 years where I’ve had a prescription delayed due to anything that was under their control. Just an incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and judgement free staff. Sure there have been times I wish they had longer hours on weekends, but I’ll happily deal with that for the outstanding service and peace of mind they provide.”

“I was so glad when LoneStar Pharmacy opened years ago. The other big name pharmacy in town treated people with indifference and a person there is nothing but dollar bills! The staff always seemed like they hated to be at work,,, no one was ever in a good mood.LoneStar treats people nicely, with respect, you matter there, the staff have smiles, staff there because they like their positions, they care, an oh did I say “they give respect”. Great pharmacy with a great staff. I like going to LoneStar I did not like going to that other place. People matter at LoneStar. 5***** service all the time. :)”

“The cheapest gas hands down I just wish the workers would go tell people who come in the wrong way that they can't do that anymore. We all wait in long lines and pump gas how we are supposed to then these selfish people just cut you off and pull in the wrong way like it's not clear we are all waiting in line in one direction so I wish they would make the employees enforce the one direction more but other then that cheap gas nice pumps”

My older brother rushed me here when it appeared I wouldn't make it through the night. Thank you to everyone from Dan in ER to the woman who does housekeeping for a wonderful experience. Because of that, I proudly support UTMB 110%. Certain that Yelpers want to know about the food. Not exactly gourmet cooking, but substantial nonetheless (I really recommend the veggie burger).”

“I had a pharmaceutical emergency and CVS was out of my medication. Kroger was also out. Walgreen's would only fill under conditions I did not meet. HEB was not accepting new patients for my medication. I was beginning to panic because I have to take this medication to function and would become extremely sick if I didn't have it. The Pharmacist promptly asked for my information, set me up an account over the phone and told me to have my Dr send over the prescription. She was very kind and professional. I had initially told her I had insurance but it did not cover the prescription and when I called back to confirm it was received she wanted to make sure, in fact, that the insurance wouldn't cover it because it was almost $300. I always have issues every month with CVS. I didn't have not one issue with this lady who didn't even have an account with me to fill a prescription that is so important for me to live. Thank you, Texas City Pharmacy for saving the day!”

“Customer service always goes above and beyond. Because of health issues I need to use a battery powered cart. When I went thru the door today all carts were not available as they were being charged. As I was filled with dispair here comes a young lady through the door who works there and I asked if she knew if there were any other carts. She offered to go to the other side of the store and check and did come back with one I could use so I was able to get my groceries. She was so kind and helpful, all the employees are wonderful.”

Mr Ark took care of everything. He contacted Chicago to transfer the prescription. The medication was affordable and did not interfere with our vacation. He was beyond kind. “I wrote a review of this pharmacy a while back because they had done such a great job for me and I was switching all of my prescriptions over to them. Due to a change in employment I was dealing with another insurance company and these folks were really helpful and getting everything taken care of with my doctors and insurance company. I was there today to get several more prescriptions lined up and the three shots that I was due for. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and very caring and suggested that I space these out so that I didn’t have any possible reactions. I felt really very cared for and I just want to recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Everyone of the staff did everything they could to help out and remembered things that made me feel like an important customer. I also witnessed how well they treated others.”
