“I'm Barbara Sanders and I was the main contact throughout the process. The updateds were regular and the caller was courteous and thorough. Very pleased with the repairs.
However we expressed some concerns when we picked up our car and were told someone would get back with us. No one has called and our concerns still have not been addressed. Will not take it back to that location again for that reason.
There was a small scratch on the passenger front bumper and I thought when making the repairs they would have addressed that as well just as a courtesy, in the In my opinion. Because we had several shops to choose from and I thought our business would be appreciated. Obviously not, I'm sure they have loads of business. Thanks for listening.”

“They've done a lot of work on my 66 Mustang and it's always been satisfactory!! They've replaced the carpet and some other items in interior. Their prices are reasonable and now they have to be a little quicker because their new place is not as big and they move things through quickly. I must say that I never have any issues with the speed of their work. They did a splendid job replacing the headliner. They have saved me money with their suggestions about materials and items to use. I also want to add that they replaced my old interior with a Pony Interior. It looks great. I'll add some pictures soon.”

I just had my front windshield replaced at Safelite, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The shop was spotless and professional, and they got me in right away.
One thing that really stood out was how well the entire team in the back worked together — you could see everyone communicating and helping each other, which made the whole process fast and efficient. They calibrated my cameras, transferred my registration and toll tag, and even cleaned the glass when they finished.
Highly recommend this location if you want top-quality service done quickly and correctly.”
