“I’ve been a customer since 2013 ish and have always had great service at AAA Cellular. The staff is helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Prices are fair, with good options for used and new phones, plus other electronics and accessories. You can call ahead and they’ll give you prices based on your phone carrier, which is really convenient. I definitely recommend them, there’s a reason I’ve been coming back for years.”

“My friend and I went to this location. This morning, and we are both delighted with our phones and the service. And we even had an issue with the phone, not being compatible or being locked, and we called and the owners corrected the the situation right away did not give us any hassles and the prices were amazing. I would recommend this store to anybody who is looking for a reasonable use, unlocked or even may be locked for your network phone. Or other electronic devices , I did see speakers and bluetooth and airpods , just checking them out when you're in the area , even if you want to go for a drive , just check them out , you'll be satisfied”

“I had such a great in-store experience. Lyra and Austin literally saved my job this morning. Every year at the exact same time my Spectrum Internet goes down for weeks on end. I’m in sales and work from home so I needed a quick resolution (one that Spectrum couldn’t provide). I went into the store for their WiFi home internet. They set everything up for me in the store and it was so incredibly easy once I got home. My smart home was back up and running within 15 minutes of arriving home. All I did was plug it in. So easy. So cheap. No contracts. I was worried about connectivity, but no issues so far. Old tv, new tv, ring, baby monitor, laptops, everything works. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the product.”

“I'm giving them 5 stars because of Tristan! This man provides top tier customer service. He helped me find the right speakers for my vehicle, gave me the quote that was well within my budget but couldn't seal the deal because the installation guys appear to have bankers hours and are barely or in this situation NOT even there on the weekends... This makes no sense. I'm sad that Tristan could only go so far, practically gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision, but couldn't complete the transaction. Not his fault. He is a rock star! Installation...do better. You're losing money! Now, I have to take my business elsewhere.”

“I want to just say that I love the customer service I have received at MetroPCS Berry St location in Fort Worth Texas. The young lady Kassandra is so professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. After years with MetroPCS I listen to my granddaughter convince me to go to TMobile and I instantly regret and transferred back the next day. And she made me feel so comfortable coming back and reassured me she would make sure that all my lines worked properly before leaving.”
