“We moved to Burleson May of 2023. Every time I’ve had cause to visit this location, we’ve been helped by Chris and I can’t rave enough about how knowledgeable, kind, & helpful he’s been. Sometimes having phone issues can be frustrating but with Chris’ help there’s no stress to be had. He makes you feel like there’s nothing he can’t handle or help you to take care of taking away any frustration you may have had before arriving in his care. Someone needs to make this guy a manager or even regional director of some kind because if everyone treated customers like he does there wouldn’t be any customers complaining about service!! Thanks Chris for always being so spunky and having such a warm greeting smile!! He’s the only person I want To work with coming to this location because I know Every time I have To go in, I’m getting the most professional service TMobile has to offer!! “Got my Samsung Frame TV here and Josh has provided such excellent customer service! I came in knowing what size TV I wanted and he pulled out a few for me to test out as I wanted to make sure I get the once I like. He was patient with me and was very knowledgable on each tv he tested out. He then helped me load it in my car and later that night I had a question about the warranty and he was swift with the response. On top of the great service, they were such genuine people. I would definitely go back for my next TV purchase. Thanks Josh!!”

I went to this Best Buy store on Pleasant PI, Arlington Texas. The young gentleman named Trevor from the Geek Squad got my phone working within one min. He is so helpful. Best Buy Geek Squad can fix any electronic devices. They are the best.”
“Seems like your standard GameStop. They had the exact Bluetooth Gaming headset and Nintendo Switch I was looking for! I had a laugh about the blursed Appa/Momo ATLA Backpack they had and I appreciated the bin of Minecraft themed plushies. I like to just come in and browse mostly. It seemed clean and the employees were nice enough.”

“This is a real Electronics guy who can trace the circuit board like NO OTHER. This guy has every single Circuit board part and for every donor board he salvages internal used board parts so he has every part to repair a circuit board.He even uses a Windows 95 or 98 computer that he store every single part straight down to the part number on his computer database that's been being used the 48 years he's been in service in same location. This has a radio with so many issues and he went through the whole circuit board looking for the issue till he found it and multiple other issues.He is the king of all CB shops because he isn't a golden screwdriver jockey. He is the real deal. He's a real electrician.”
“The male associate fixed my new Samsung s24 ultra to where the color was absolutely beautiful. I had to take it in 3 times with no success on color correction. However, the last male associate was able to fix it and I don't have to return the phone. The photos are as beautiful as iPhone pictures. No regrets!”

“I’m a regular here; I like the store atmosphere and the game catalog. The store always tend to have something I want or didn’t know that I want. But from a recent visit, one of the employees denied me from buying two Mature rated games even though I been buying Mature rated games with such ease earlier. I was simply getting Call of Duty Ghosts and The Surge, and I had to explain to the employee that I’m 18 and go to college yet he didn’t accept it so I had to just go home defeated. Other than that visit, the store is still good and clean. And heavily recommend if you’re looking for games.”

“Very great prices. I received an iPhone 11, 2 screen protectors, a phone case and had my iPhone 8 screen and charging port replaced all for under $360! They are knowledgeable. But do keep in mind if they say they will fix your phone within a certain timeframe and someone else comes in willing to pay more, they will put your device on the back burner and have you wait longer.”

“Got my phone fixed here they gave me a bad screen, came back one time and he told me it’s apples update just ignored my problem and blamed it on Apple . 3rd time I came back another guy actually realized they gave me a bad screen and try to charge me $65 for a new one . When I express I didn’t have any money for it , and that they should give me a new one because they gave me a bad screen. He then put my old screen on and charged me $10 for just opening it. WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM EVERYTHING they have is refurbished junk. Nothing is new . SCAMMERS & Con man work here STAY AWAY !”
