Sometimes having phone issues can be frustrating but with Chris’ help there’s no stress to be had. He makes you feel like there’s nothing he can’t handle or help you to take care of taking away any frustration you may have had before arriving in his care. Someone needs to make this guy a manager or even regional director of some kind because if everyone treated customers like he does there wouldn’t be any customers complaining about service!! “Dennis was awesome! We were having issues with our new T Mobile Home Internet Router. I took the router in and Dennis took the bad router and got me a another router. He completely set it up for me right there on the store. Dennis was friendly and cheerful the whole time.

“Jessie was great , my mother and I originally went in because her phone froze one day and wouldn’t turn on . We were very worried that this would mean years of memories lost because of the backup on the phone . Jessie was able to save my mother’s memories without even opening up her phone since the phone was completely disabled and broken . Jessie then went and got the iPhone 15 pro max for my mother and helped her through the steps of opening the phone and how to use it which was honestly him going out of his way because they were very busy . When I got my mothers phone Jessie told us to come back anytime so we took that literally lol and came back the same day ?!!! My boyfriend and I was able to update to 2 iPhone 15 pro max and Jessie helped us again through the process of transferring all my info and even made sure all my photos and messages came back after the phone was updated . Jessie was very patient, kind, and honest ! He needs a raise and more !!! Thank you again!!”
