“1) First off, I need to clarify that I made a huge knucklehead mistake by switching to AT&T six months ago, I let myself get talked into that mess. Deadzones all over DFW right from the start, there were specific locations that i would hang up because I dropped called constantly. I would redial no less than 3 times for every single call. Im so embarrassed that I made that move.
2) Fed up with AT&T, I decided to switch a week ago. Today, I started to complete a 5 line switch back to T-Mobile over the 800 number. Customer Support was fine and I did get the help I needed, but I had to physically go in for a final need, no big deal.
3) Lets talk about Jakia and Jill. I made a mistake over the phone call with online support, so I had to come in anyway. Right from the time I walked in these two took charge. Did a risk assessment on my issues, problem solved, solution found, fixed my mistake, did cost plan comparison, military discount, rebate info. These two were fully involved in bringing my family back online with the T-mobile family. Jakia/Jill are a blessing. Thank you again!”
“I had such a great in-store experience. Lyra and Austin literally saved my job this morning. Every year at the exact same time my Spectrum Internet goes down for weeks on end. I’m in sales and work from home so I needed a quick resolution (one that Spectrum couldn’t provide). I went into the store for their WiFi home internet. They set everything up for me in the store and it was so incredibly easy once I got home. My smart home was back up and running within 15 minutes of arriving home. All I did was plug it in. So easy. So cheap. No contracts. I was worried about connectivity, but no issues so far. Old tv, new tv, ring, baby monitor, laptops, everything works. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the product.”

“We had gone to a different T-Mobile store and they didn’t have the phone we wanted in stock, so they sent us here. Gary was our t-mobile agent and he was AMAZING. He knew exactly what he was doing and helped us through upgrading our phone. Gary was helpful, upbeat, and professional, and leaded the transaction all the way through.
The store was clean and well organized. We didn’t have to wait long to be serviced at any point.
I don’t expect to need to go back anytime soon, but I would return to see Gary. I will be recommending friends and family to this t-mobile location.”

“I purchased a vehicle at a local dealer with the IKON theft tracker and warranty. Unfortunatly my vehicle was stolen. My insurance called the vehicle total loss at 14 days. I had to wait 30 days for the claim to be processed at IKON. After the 30 days, I was able to submit the claim. It was processed and paid quickly. I did repurchase the IKON warranty program on my replacement vehicle. Thank you.”
