“On Sunday August 4th I brought my grandsons Ipad because his charger wouldn't go into the charging port. I saw something shiny in there, but couldn't get it out. Did a Google search and found this place close by who was open. Vernard and Rogers fixed my 5yr olds Ipad. He did in fact have a piece of his charger break off inside his port. I was so thankful it was an easy fix. I also found out that for $25 a month I can cover all my electronics in my house and just pay a deductible. Yall, this is an amazing deal to jump on. 5/5 ? 10/10 customer service”

“We were phone shopping, and Boost was our 4th stop. We were welcomed right away. The salesman allowed us to look around, and then he answered all of our questions. He told us about some really affordable phones and plans. We did get our Boost phone.”
“Got my phone fixed here they gave me a bad screen, came back one time and he told me it’s apples update just ignored my problem and blamed it on Apple . 3rd time I came back another guy actually realized they gave me a bad screen and try to charge me $65 for a new one . When I express I didn’t have any money for it , and that they should give me a new one because they gave me a bad screen. He then put my old screen on and charged me $10 for just opening it. WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM EVERYTHING they have is refurbished junk. Nothing is new . SCAMMERS & Con man work here STAY AWAY !”

“We went to an authorized retailer because they could not process our return. They sent us to the corporate store near the AT&T stadium and no one helped us at all they told us to return to the authorized retailer. The one by AT&T stadium customer service sucks. I came to this location now to try my luck and was helped out by Terri. She resolved our problem in 10 minutes. Very grateful.”
