“I came here today for my state inspection. I don't know if they do appointments, but I came and was helped quickly by (the owner?), Al. After I was helped, a mechanic named Zeddie came in and introduced himself and asked me if I had been helped. He definitely knew how to approach a customer, which is not easy to do it to learn. I was impressed with how professionally he introduced himself and wanted to make sure that I had been helped.
My car failed to pass the inspection the first time, but then I came back later and passed. I didn't have to wait and they were nice about it.

“Had my alternator and battery replaced back in March. Today my battery died while at work. Had a ton of meetings that I couldn’t miss so I jumped it and headed straight to Metro around lunchtime. Told them the issue and that I really needed the battery replaced asap. Without hesitation, they told me it would be 45 minutes. Reality, it was about 20 minutes. They apologized for the defective battery and sent me on my way. I’ve recommended them to friends and family and they’ve never failed. Besides the outstanding service, this team is very honest. Granted this location closes at 6. I needed inspection and an oil change. They said the system wouldn’t allow them to do anymore inspections past 5:30. So that was lame, they didn’t tell me in the phone they quit doing the inspections 30 mins before close.
Buuut sweethearts still took my car and did the fastest oil change I’ve ever had, in my 30 years. I was out of there in 7 mins TOPS lol little pricey though, it was $89 for my 2021 Camry. Overall 9/10 great shop!”
