“If I could give this Tractor Supply ten stars, I would. I specifically chose this location even though it was about 25 miles out of my way because they have a dog wash, and the locations closer to me do not. I have a reactive dog, so situations like this can take a little extra patience and understanding. The customer service here was absolutely superb. The staff went above and beyond to work with me and make sure both my dog and everyone around us were comfortable. They even allowed me to use the dog wash, take my dog back out to the car, and then come back inside to finish my shopping. That kind of flexibility, kindness, and willingness to work with a customer is something you do not find everywhere. There is another Tractor Supply only about five miles from me, but I will gladly drive the extra distance to come back to this location. They earned a loyal customer.”
