“The Employees make this place great. Tracy, the Manager, needs a raise, because she's always friendly, extra helpful, and remembers your name. But it's not just her. Faces here don't change very often, and there's a good reason for that - they don't need to. From the newest young man to the longest term employee, every one at this location we've dealt with on a regular basis is friendly and more than ready to help. We just wish it were a little bigger to hold more items. We've been spending a lot of time in Kerrville lately, near this store, and it is much better run than the Stripes just West of it and that other unmentionable place just East of it.”

“I am a fan of Mini Marts in general for what they bring to the Hill Country by way of convenience services, but Mini Mart number 11 holds a special place in my heart. The store has been around since very few people lived out this way compared to now. My grandparents lived at Upper Turtle Creek, And when I would stay with them for weeks at a time growing up, a good time was hopping in one of the antique Volkswagens and running to the Mini Mart to stock up on things children shouldn't eat. Think Chick-O-Sticks and Bit-O-Honeys. I do it again (and sometimes do). While the clerks rotate in and out, generally , this Mini Mart has always had a friendly face to welcome a diverse variety of customers. It ain't fancy, but it's real. I volunteer for the Kerrville Folk Festival, and I especially appreciate that the store adjust its hours during festival time to accommodate the scene. I'm not sure if you're really local if you haven't kicked it at Mini Mart with possibly the most unlikely of friends who you may or may not agree with politically, but chances are, you're still damn good neighbors to eachother. I would add that I was especially impressed with the #11 staff and the way they responded to a recent automobile accident in front of the store. These guys are doing so much more than running a convenience store. Also, Mini Mart #11 has a sweet view! 5 stars well deserved.”
“Christian the cashier is honestly a god send! I moved from Idaho to San Antonio and had the worst drive of my life. My truck was robbed, my kayaks flew off my car among many other things and when I arrived to this gas station I only had cash on me. Christian was unable to break a $100 bill (it was late at night) and he very generously paid for my Gas as I would have ran out before the next gas station!!Thank you christian for saving me and being so incredibly kind!!
