“HEB on Main has the BEST donuts in town! They are consistently delicious. You can get a dozen chocolate covered/glazed for under $6. Get a dozen at a donut shop and you'll pay over $10, and they won't be as good!Now HEB on Sidney Baker... Different story, so be sure to go to the one on Main.”

“I have been shopping at HEB in Kerrville for years and except for 1 person who is always rude to me it has been a good experience. Years ago this person was a checker and I went through her line with my weekly groceries. I handed her coupons at the end and she said "I didn't see this or this or this". I had to go through the bags to find the items. Her attitude was like I was trying to steal something. Fast forward many years, a few more encounters with her to today. she is now at the service desk, I bring in a box of coffee pods I need to exchange because I accidentally got the wrong flavor, I have my receipt. There was a $5 store coupon which I had used and it shows on my receipt. I walk back to get the right box of coffee pods (mind you it's a huge store and I am 72, plus I had already done my shopping) instead of just doing an exchange she rings up the old box then rings up the new box and tells me I owe $5, I tell her I used a $5 store coupon and it should be an even exchange. She says I either owe her $5 or I need to give her a coupon so I limp back to the coffee isle to get her a coupon I had already given when I bought the first box. Luckily the coffee was still on sale or there wouldn't have been any coupons and I would have had to pay the $5. I will never deal with this woman again, I will ask for a store manager.”

“This store and it’s staff are outstanding. The store is always clean and well organized. It’s on my way home from work and pretty much has just what I need. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I’m so happy that it’s close by. It’s faster than going into HEB too. Convenient all the way around.”

“Clean gas station with fair prices. Plenty of room in the trash can at the pumps for the lady next to me who seemed to have an insurmountable amount of loose trash in her vehicle. I felt better after she got it cleaned up.”

“This DG is located in a shopping center that has; Hometown Crafts & Fabrics, Radio Shack, Anytime Fitness & much more! It is a smaller location so I normally go in when no one else is carrying whatever item I'm wanting. I never really find what I'm looking but try to substitute said items. The location is a great convenience for those that live right in town.”

“It is a Mini Mart, just like all Mini Mart's that are here in the Hill Country. I went for gas a couple of times, so I don't know too much about it and when I have the need to go in, I will give you some update on this one. I heard the coffee is good, but as said, I have ti check it out before I can tell you more about it.”

“This is my 2nd winter in this area of Texas, and I have high expectations due to the nice Walmart Supercenter that I lived near in NY.1st... This walmart always has an extremely hectic parking lot and check out process. Not completely their fault, but the awful one way/ two way/ no one knows which way parking lakes does causes it to be worse.2nd... The store itself seems pretty well taken care of in terms of stocking and cleanliness during normal shopping times(not holiday madness)3rd...The bathrooms weren't as awful as other walmarts we've visited during travel. Probably a 4.4 out of 54th....The staff generally seems nice, but I believe due to high traffic, many seem like they are just trying to get through the day. However, there are a few managers and workers I've come across multiple times that have great customer service and their presence makes others smiles. Customers and coworkers alike! The team attitude seams great.5th...Amazing selection for the RVers and camping communities 5 Stars there!!!We will continue to visit while in Kerrville”

“Daisy was absolutely wonderful! I had clearance items & had a feeling they wouldn't ring up correctly. (This is Walmart, after all) So, we stood in line to check out w a person but after awhile we gave up & went to Scan & Go. Lucky for us Daisy was working! When we were overcharged, as I'd suspected we'd be, she came to help us. I apologized for being a bother & she immediately told me that I didn't need to apologize bc she loves her job! Wow! So refreshing & so rare to hear that. Thank you Daisy for being so friendly & helpful! I'd never be able to give Walmart 5 stars but I can't give Daisy anything other than 5 stars. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.”

“For the most part i love this store , but the older hispanic lady with glasses that works in customer service has an attitude problem. She really shouldnt be in customer service with an attitude like that. My wife has returned things on occasion and the lady is always short with her and rather rude. She's also been rude with my mother. She likes correcting customers A LOT apparently. Its gotten to where we take returns to the other HEB when shes working.”
