“A friend invited me to go check out and shop at Beall’s because I had never been there. At first the experience was just okay, there was quite a variety and I did like that the dressing rooms were open and available if we wanted to try anything on. But, the bright spot was meeting Julia who worked there. My friend and I were trying on sweaters and both of us like the same one and there was only one in our size. Julia came over asked how we were doing and then a few minutes later she came back with similar sweaters for us to look at and she even modeled one for us. She was a joy and we both found sweaters we liked and bought. I loved Julia’s initiative and helpfulness and her kindness. She made a okay shopping experience into a really pleasant one.”

“Chad is the absolute GOAT!!!! You wanna talk about above and beyond?!?!? He helped me load up and strap down a giant stock tank in the rain at 8am. Not once was there a complaint he just said let’s do it. Not once did he say I don’t know if we can he said we’ll figure it out. I’ve bought a handful of things from tractor supply but as long as Chads there I’ll be a customer for life!!!! He needs to be the one training the new people.
