“A friend invited me to go check out and shop at Beall’s because I had never been there. At first the experience was just okay, there was quite a variety and I did like that the dressing rooms were open and available if we wanted to try anything on. But, the bright spot was meeting Julia who worked there. My friend and I were trying on sweaters and both of us like the same one and there was only one in our size. Julia came over asked how we were doing and then a few minutes later she came back with similar sweaters for us to look at and she even modeled one for us. She was a joy and we both found sweaters we liked and bought. I loved Julia’s initiative and helpfulness and her kindness. She made a okay shopping experience into a really pleasant one.”
“It surprises me that JC Penney continues to stay in business. I had been primarily been going to the hair salon but a friend had an interesting bird jacket that I had hoped to acquire but they no longer had any.The personnel were friendly and helpful.”

“I just got a beautiful haircut from Elizabeth. It was my first time here and I was a walk in. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I think she said she had over 30 years experience cutting hair. I had a bit of a weird request because I am growing part of my hair out. I thought it would be confusing to explain it, but she understood completely the look I was going for and cut it just like I wanted. Plus, I really enjoyed talking to her. She has a great vibe. I am definitely going back to Elizabeth again.”

“Chad is the absolute GOAT!!!! You wanna talk about above and beyond?!?!? He helped me load up and strap down a giant stock tank in the rain at 8am. Not once was there a complaint he just said let’s do it. Not once did he say I don’t know if we can he said we’ll figure it out. I’ve bought a handful of things from tractor supply but as long as Chads there I’ll be a customer for life!!!! He needs to be the one training the new people. If they’re half as good as Chad you’ll have a perfect team!! Keep it up buddy!!!!”
