“I've always known that they were great at getting you fixed up on the tire side of the business - BUT they are excellent in their septic service. I had them come out and we encountered a mess that I didn't even know that I had. They went above and beyond and stayed until 9:00 at night to get the job finished. I truly believe anyone else would have done 1/2 the job they did and would have never stayed that late and not charged extra. Most other places would have left immediately when they saw what they were getting into and they stayed and made sure everything was completely cleaned out and done right. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They were friendly and kept a smile on their face even though things were much bigger than they had anticipated. I truly appreciate them for making sure things were done right and correctly. I don't believe anyone else would have emptied the tanks like they did - I think others would have said 1/2 way was good and left and I would have never known the difference. They made sure I knew what was going on and gave me EXCELLENT service. Need septic services - PLEASE CALL THEM - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!”

“This place is located in in middle of Kilgore, if you are in need of tires, brakes and things like that, this is the place to go, I couldn't find my tires anywhere, these people ordered them that morning and a couple hours later, were ready to be put on my car, the mechanics are nice and well educated, staff people are friendly too, and they were cheaper than most places.”

“Super fast and friendly service. Had to make an emergency cross-country Trip from Miami, Florida to Dallas, Texas and back to Miami and desperately need an oil change. My vehicle is a high top cargo van and most quick lube cannot fit my vehicle in their bays. Gateway had no problem getting my vehicle in and getting the oil changed. Done super fast. Highly recommend them if you’re in the area.”

“The first time that I used Automotive Super Center was several years back. We had a custom Ford van and were loaded to go on vacation to Florida. It was on a Saturday morning. Grandma’s favorite seat was the captain’s chair right behind the driver’s seat. The seat belt retractor would not release the seat belt on that seat. I drove to Automotive Super Center, explained my dilemma. Tim immediately put a technician on it and we were able to get on our way and the charge was extremely reasonable. Keep in mind this was the first time I had ever been to their shop. They have been my go to shop for automotive needs since that time and I have never been disappointed with anything they have done. I will not buy tires anywhere else. I have always felt that they genuinely appreciate my business.”

“All Star does a good job but I'm very mad about my Fordpass. When I had to buy new phone had to change my email and pass word ford never transfered my Fordpass points so I was charged for server to my car and that isn't right. If Ford treats the people that way after I bought one of their cars then I wish I had never bought my car from Ford.”

Chrystal had the car waiting when we arrived. After a quick test drive, we bought the car and completed the transaction the same day. “This is the only Walmart Auto Care that you should take your vehicle to in East Texas!!!!! I never have any issues with this location. The staff is very friendly and very efficient. It only took them 20 minutes and they were done! Always a great experience here at the Kilgore Walmart Auto Care”
