“I went in to get the air conditioner fixed on my pickup truck, and the truck was diagnosed quickly and within a couple of hours, I had a phone call saying what was wrong with it and approved the repairs and now that I have my truck I can confirm the air conditioner blows so cold that a penguin got in the cab of the truck with me but within 30 minutes it got so cold the penguin got out and caught the last train to the coast. 5/5. Highly recommend.”

“So I bought a car on May 14th 2024, and I had an issue with the transmission bracket, I was sent to F and F transmission, They fixed my car I was prepared to pay something because I know that it takes time and labor to fix a car no matter the problem.
But they didn't charge me a dime. The people that work at Fand F transmission are good wholesome HUMAN BEINGS, you dont find kindness like this anymore, This really meant a lot to me. I know if any other problems arise with my car that will be the only place I go. It's in you best interests to take your car to Fand F if you have issues with your car you won't be sorry and neither will your car.”

“Super fast and friendly service. Had to make an emergency cross-country Trip from Miami, Florida to Dallas, Texas and back to Miami and desperately need an oil change. My vehicle is a high top cargo van and most quick lube cannot fit my vehicle in their bays. Gateway had no problem getting my vehicle in and getting the oil changed. Done super fast. Highly recommend them if you’re in the area.”

“Had tire issues with a set of tires I bought at a different store. These tires only had about 10k miles on them but were 4 yrs old. I decided to buy a new set from Automotive Super Center and them order the tires I wanted. When I brought my truck in to have my new tires installed Jay noticed that the tires I had looked new and asked why I was buying another set. When I told him the issue he said he would call his tire rep and see what he could do. Next day he called me back and said he had me a new set of tires coming for 1/4 the price of a new set. It would have been easy for him to just put the set on I ordered, but he went above and beyond to help me out. Great group of guy all around.”

“While traveling I hit an object in the road and ruined my wheel and tire. After trying several places to find replacement I found Pattersons. The service department was awesome.
