Take 5 Oil Change in Kilgore is a go-to for fast and simple service, performing oil changes in about 10 minutes while customers stay in their car. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, providing great customer service without pushy sales tactics. They offer reasonable recommendations, timelines, and prices based on convenience.
Services include windshield wiper replacements, air filter changes, coolant exchanges, and State Inspections that are just as fast and friendly as the oil change. They also provide free tire pressure checks and fluid top-offs. The shop is clean and the work is done professionally.
While prices have gone up and wait times can extend to about an hour when busy, the overall experience is easy and pleasing. Customers appreciate the transparent pricing and the convenience of staying in the vehicle throughout the service. Many leave very pleased and plan to return.
Zach and Cullen where absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about my truck, they serviced my rear diff, oil change, and coolant change in 25 - 30 minutes from start to finish. Thank you take 5!
