Etienne from moment one was beyond personable, had great attention to detail & was very knowledgeable, which gave me immediate confidence that the job would be done right. He definitely went above and beyond to keep me updated weekly via text, ensure all repairs were up to his standards and was very helpful at pick up with transferring car seats and answering questions and covering all the details that were repaired. Another part of my pleasant experience was Becca & Trinity at the front desk. Every time I called or walked in, they had a smile on their face, spoke with clarity and was very considerate. As a small business owner myself of 17 years, I appreciate solid customer service and Caliber delivered on every front.”

Man who answered the phone in Parts expressed an overly casual attitude. I asked if the part I needed had come in, and his response was, “Looks like it.” Really? As in “Maybe so, maybe not, I can’t really tell from this angle, and I don’t feel like going over and really checking as if it were a part for my own vehicle.””

“I walked in and within seconds Ben greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained that I ran over something and needed my tire plugged. He immediately took my keys, pulled the car in, and got it inspected. Christian then removed the object and plugged the tire on the spot.
The entire process took less than 15 minutes. I was in and out fast, and they genuinely helped me in a stressful situation. Ben and Christian went above and beyond, and I honestly feel like they saved my life.

“My experience with Castillo's was amazing. I had just bought my car, less than two weeks later it starts acting up, so I brought it to Castillo's and right away they were on it. They let me know the next day just what the problem was and how much it was going to be to fix it. They let me pay half upfront and the other half after it was finished, and they kept me updated when a bolt broke and it would be a few more days before it was ready. The communication was very clear and everyone I spoke with was very kind and professional. “I recently visited One Stop Tire Shop to swap out my right front tire. The shop is located at 1301 E Rancier Ave, and it's easy to find and access. It was a straight shot off of Fort Cavazos.
The owner and staff at One Stop Tire Shop were incredibly friendly and professional. Their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction was evident throughout my visit.
The technician at One Stop Tire Shop did an excellent job with my tire swap. The quality of their work is top-notch, and I feel confident driving knowing my tires are in good hands. The work was done super fast.
The tires for my car are expensive and in sizes that most places don't have on hand. So, I try to order them online. My car is also AWD, so I try to match tread depth side to side when ordering replacement tires. The prices at One Stop Tire Shop are very reasonable. They offer competitive rates for their services, and I felt that I received great value for the money.
My overall experience at One Stop Tire Shop was outstanding. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire services in the Fort Cavazos/Killeen area.”
“The mechanics and the staff have at Al’s are, so friendly with great customer service…..They go beyond the call of duty to resolve your automotive needs at a very reasonable price….My issue was a heating issue that was supposed to be fixed by another automotive shop that I took it to and it wasn’t completely fixed, although they had my vehicle for over a week and a half, and the amount of money I spent with them….Al’s felt my pain from me spending my money from the other shop not correcting the problem and he knew I couldn’t really afford to spend to much more money, so he did an alternative solution to completely fix my heat and it worked…So, if you are looking for a group of professional qualified and skilled mechanics to take care of all your automotive needs and at a reasonable price please go to them….. I am not a commercial, but I am telling you what I know and experienced firsthand…They just don’t care for your vehicle, but they care for you as a customer because they are a family owned business that truly cares and they are not out to just get your money….They are professionals That’s why they have been here in business for decades. They just don’t know how much I truly appreciate and thank them……..Kudos!!!..”

“If I could give KR Motorsports more than 5 stars, I would. Being that I am military (former AD, currently NG & ROTC), it is easy for many big name shops and dealerships to try and take advantage. However, I am also an auto tech myself in my civilian life and am well aware of tactics that many shops use to try and get you. I went to KR motorsports because I am still a learning auto tech, and there is much more I have yet to learn and gain the ability to do. KR Motorsports did not try any of the predatory marketing tactics I mentioned, was SUPER communicative sending me pictures and videos while they were conducting work, did not overcharge me by any means and went out of their way to educate me both when I asked and on their own accord. They are truly professional, and the epitome of how the car care process should be. After I return to active duty upon completion ROTC and do my 20 years, I plan on entering the automotive world fully during retirement. My experience with KR motorsports was so profound that I will be modeling how I conduct myself based off them. If you want an experience with your car that involves professionalism, quality, and no pressure, all without breaking the bank, KR Motorsports is the place for you.”

“Very fast car buying process compared to many dealers in the central Texas area. Received a quick and fair trade in value for my 2023 Scat Pack. My 2024 Camry SXE was super clean and ready to drive in about an hour of walking into to the dealer. The interest rate could have been lower but it’s the times we’re in today.”
