Burlington is a store known as a deal destination with a large selection of different items to shop from, including clothes for ladies, juniors, plus, kids, and mens, as well as name-brand handbags, shoes, beauty, and home décor. Prices are amazing on most items with excellent sale prices, allowing customers to save big. The selection and quality of the merchandise can be impressive, and some find better selections at this location compared to others. However, the store can be pretty messy and overwhelming. A common complaint is that the selection for clothes is getting bad, as nice items are sometimes taken down while less desirable items remain. In contrast, the houseware and linens sections still offer awesome sales. The customer service experience varies; some find the staff friendly and the service excellent, while others note the staff are not very friendly. The store is very obviously understaffed, leading to extremely long lines at the cashiers. Despite this, returns are easy. With patience, shoppers can find some good deals and great items.

Clean, and Organized! i just dont like that they usually have only 2 registers opened at the entrance and the line is Huge! They other registers should be open when the lines get that long.
