I go in for 2 things and $300 later 😭🤣. Who ever is in charge of ordering the stores merchandise, keep it coming! The selection just keeps getting better. I love how there's a lot of retro stuff popping in. It makes the shopping experience fun for both me and my daughter! I need more Hello kitty KUROMI keychains though! I love this Hot Topic store. No matter what time or day I go in to shop. The vibe is always on point. Everyone is ready to assist with anything you may need. They don't wait for you to ask for help. They're attentive to the customers and always busy! You never find employees just standing around not doing anything.The store is kept clean and organized, so you're not digging through a mess to find items. I can't name just one employee because they're all great! Especially the evening hours crew. I find myself spending more money whenever I start chatting with them. Lol 10/10 across the board in service!”

“Before going to this location I checked the reviews and you can’t always believe what you read on google reviews it could be a competitor, ex employees, or someone just being a Karen Look guys if your taking your gear to a surplus store they have millions of that same item in the back! Most of you want retail prices for you gear!! Moving on with my review the female employee working there was extremely nice she ask if we needed and help finding anything she was very polite and helpful. This store had a lot of inventory and very good prices! Finally soldiers, do better if selling you gear and want high prices sell it on eBay don’t bash a small business I blame this on the new Army! These new soldiers need better discipline!”

“The staff is well versed on product knowledge. I came in looking for a specific item that I saw on a website. A staff member said that particular item was not carried by the store and recommended a product similar to what I was looking for. Not only was the item similar, it was a little less expensive that what I was looking to pay. I asked to speak to the manager (Angel) just so I could say how well the associate did. I will definitely be returning to the store in the near future to buy from this store and I am going to tell my kinky friends that they should shop here as well.”
