“Nellie was the agent who helped me. She went above and beyond to help me. My insurance set up a reservation at another location on Thursday. When I got there, I was told they were booked out until the following Friday. Called Enterprise and was told as soon as somethings available, they'll call me. Went all weekend and nothing. On Monday decided to just go to another location. There I met Nelsie and she was very friendly. She did let me know that they too were booked out a week as well it being a holiday and all. I just asked to be notified as soon as something comes available since my vehicle was already in the shop. With that information, she told me to hold tight and she would see what she could do. Nelsie came in with the WIN and got me a vehicle!!!!! ##ToGodBeAllTheGlory Not only did she get me a vehicle, but she got me a Large SUV that would accommodate my whole family and I! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

“Rented an SUV from Alamo Rent A Car in Killeen TX and overall, the experience was good. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, reliable, and comfortable. Due to some changes in plans, I had to extend the rental for two extra weeks, and thankfully, the online system made that process very easy and smooth.
One downside was when I returned the vehicle, there was no one at the desk, so I had to drop the keys in a return box. It would’ve been better to hand it over to someone directly. That said, the overall cost was reasonable for an SUV rental, and the convenience of the extension process made things easier.
Would consider using them again.”

He took me to the Enterprise office and was thorough in the selection process. He helped me find the right vehicle for my wife who had a hip replacement four weeks ago and has special needs. “Found my living room set online, contacted CAT at my local RAC to put in my order. CAT was very helpful to place my special order through Ashley. About 2 weeks later or less my furniture was in my house. Made my last payment on my washer/dryer and the new living room set all at the same time thanks to CAT.”
