About Hertz Car Rental - Kileen - Killeen Regional Airport (GRK)
Hertz Car Rental at Killeen Fort Hood Regional Airport provides a range of vehicles including luxury cars, SUVs, vans, and trucks. The rental process is generally described as easy with good and helpful customer service, though lines can get long. Many customers report a positive overall experience, with some calling it the best ever, citing polite staff who assist with upgrades, extensions, and resolving billing issues professionally. However, there are significant criticisms. One major complaint involves a disputed smoking charge, with a customer alleging false accusations and a lack of proper evidence or police involvement. Another noted concern is that cars are sometimes not completely clean. Despite these issues, many customers indicate they would rent from this location again.
