Would recommend wholly. They also have website to store shipping including shoes. Would, however, be careful and exact however with ordering shoes as they have no shoes to try out in store.”

Today I purchased sandles and a sunshade for my car. My advice, if you see something you like BUT IT! I can't begin to describe the different selection of goodies they have. Men's, woman, plus size, children's. Pet section, car care items, furniture, some spices, olive oil, cookies, coffee, kitchen items, healthy snacks, beauty items, bed & bathroom items. Lot's of nick-nacks. Prices to me were very fair!

“I had the best shopping experience shopping here yesterday! The store is beautiful and organized with so many affordable options with room to walk and browse. I particularly love how the clothing is organized in color groups. I was immediately greeted by a cheerful staff who worked as a team to make each customer feel special. I found so many things I wanted to try on and Elois (“E-Lois”) quickly took them and started a dressing room for me. I needed a size they didn’t have, so she immediately called the store in Belton and asked them to hold it for me. The fitting room was bright and spacious. The staff was always nearby to warmly attend to the needs of the customers’ without hovering or making anyone feel uncomfortable. Side note: I ended up fitting in the smaller size and didn’t need the Belton store after all. But I’m anxious to visit the Belton location and the one in College Station to see if this is a CATO thing or if Killeen is just blessed with the best.”

“Store was good on style collections, kinda over filled where one rack was so stuffed I could barely get in between the hangers.The ladies that were at the register were not very good on customer service.One was on the phone having a personal conversation while people were waiting to be checked out.The other lady didn't speak to any of the customer's besides saying ( next) and kept talking to her coworker in spanish, when my total came up she just looked at me and I had to look on the keypad for the total and pay what I saw.I don't feel she was being rude she simply doesn't really speak English only Spanish. (*This is not a attack on Hispanic language or Spaniard decent if your a sensitive person!)But my opinion if your going to work in a place like that you have to know English because of the customer base.”
“Store 1077 has to be the cleanest Rainbow I’ve ever stepped into. I’ve been shopping at Rainbow since I was in high school (class of 06) and being from Austin we only had two located on Runberg and Capital Plaza both are overwhelmed with racks of unorganized mess little nick nacks at the register that make it hard to even stand inline or place on clothes on the counter or sift through what their selling. Although this Rainbow in Killeen was spotless spread out felt like an actual boutique everything was set up for viewing and shopping. I was so impressed I had to praise the managers and cashier. It felt like the store was having a grand opening this will be my go to Rainbow from now on. The vibe alone is something to go for very friendly staff.”
“This VS is top notch yall!! I was having trouble with finding the right bra size, and had a terrible experience down in San Antonio at their VS store, and I shared that with a sales girl here named Lexi (I hope I’m remembering her name right) and she totally understood and actually recommended the manager size me since she admitted she was newer and didn’t want me to have a bad experience. I loved her honesty and had her size me anyways and she was spot on!!! The manager Latonda also explained why that size made sense for me because of my shape. I also want to shout out Latonda for making sure I felt safe in the dressing room. A man had approached it and she called it out and said he couldn’t be near it as long as I was in there too and he had to stand further away. I love a safe queen!!!! Thank you so much to the staff here!”

“*Update* This store just keeps getting better. Josh, Ori and Chris are always super helpful. They always welcome you in and are quick to assist in making your shopping experience pleasent. I go in for 2 things and $300 later 😭🤣. Who ever is in charge of ordering the stores merchandise, keep it coming! The selection just keeps getting better. I love how there's a lot of retro stuff popping in. It makes the shopping experience fun for both me and my daughter! I need more Hello kitty KUROMI keychains though! Josh pointed them out and 3 purchases later, we did a reveal in store! That was so fun. Lol Love this store. Definitely check it out! *
I love this Hot Topic store. No matter what time or day I go in to shop. The vibe is always on point. Everyone is ready to assist with anything you may need. They don't wait for you to ask for help. They're attentive to the customers and always busy! You never find employees just standing around not doing anything.The store is kept clean and organized, so you're not digging through a mess to find items. I can't name just one employee because they're all great! Especially the evening hours crew. I find myself spending more money whenever I start chatting with them. Lol 10/10 across the board in service!”
