“4 stars for Eddie who provided me with quick and easy customer service. I went in for a shoe and he made friendly conversation about how he had them in a special color and instead of pushing me to buy the basic one in store he gave me his honest opinion and I decided to purchase online. Without his honesty and friendliness I wouldn't have bought the shoe at all. It was crazy busy that day and it seemed like making sales and commission was the only thing some workers thought about. I appreciated eddies patience with me and will go to footlocker for it.”
