“I bought my car brand new in 2024 and I regularly get it maintenance at all American Chevrolet. The team is very professional they always get me in right around my appointment time. At the end of July, my car started making a funny noise. I brought it in with no appointment and Amanda got my car to the back right away to get it diagnosed. They came back and told me I had a seized bearing and that I would need my camshaft replaced. I immediately was concerned about the cost of something extensive like that but they reached out to GM and got 90% of the repair cost covered for me! There were no rentals available that day so they Uber me back to my house and then Uber me back to the dealership the very next day to put me in a rental. The whole process was Easy and the Repair Cost was very low! I highly recommend this place for anybody needing regular maintenance or any kind of engine repairs.”

I especially want to recognize Mark. From the moment you walk through the door, he is one of the first people you interact with, and when the work is finished, he is often the last person you speak with before leaving. That makes a difference.
During one of our conversations, things started off a little rough. Instead of becoming defensive or dismissive, Mark remained patient, professional, and understanding. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns and made sure I felt heard. I have tremendous respect for how he handled the situation.
The mechanics may be the ones turning the wrenches and doing the repairs, but having someone like Mark representing the business and dealing directly with customers is an asset that shouldn't be overlooked. Good customer service isn't just about everything going perfectly. It's about how someone responds when things aren't going perfectly, and Mark handled it exceptionally well.
Because of the service I received and, in particular, the way Mark treated me as a customer, Eurotech Car Care Center has earned my continued business. This is where I'll continue bringing my BMW for service and repairs.

The Department was slammed but their Tech Dennis still fit me in to verify my fault and put in the request asap so I wasn't waiting around.
