“The nurse and physician were helpful and made sure I was good before I left. They followed up me to make sure I had all my prescriptions. The front office staff needs to be more approachable and attentive. I saw a new patient leave because they could not use the online form requirement due to phone issues. The front office staff asked the person “how did you sign up for an apt. Since it’s also online”. The person explained how their phone was going to die. Poor service on that end. Other than that. The back staff is great.”

Beyond grateful! She is not in our network, but we will always choose to pay out-of-pocket to get professional help. So worth it!”

“Great staff but the new check in kiosk needs to be spaced out more or have dividers. Your entering important and private information. Shouldn’t be forced to use a app for privacy.”
