“I normally have very good things to say about this place, but when I came inside to pick up an order today there were four cashiers standing around the checkout and talking. I walked up to them and told them that I needed to pick up an online order. The woman closest to me replied: “Sorry, I'm off the clock sweetie.” While I believe she intended for it to be a joke, that is not how customers should be spoken to. She also continued to talk about what she said to me to one of the other cashiers right in front of me. She should have let her other coworkers assist me and not said anything at all. This whole situation was unprofessional and inappropriate.”

We found our recliners had them delivered yesterday, September 9,2023. WE love them. The colors were perfect for our new look. So now a new Sofa lol. “Tina is an amazing asset to CONN’s, the management staff here are amazing as well. As for the finance department, this department is in serious trouble. Pre approved and still held the process of signing contract up. Each time Tina or manager called asking status they needed something different without giving explanations. Three different trips back home retrieving information they requested and three hours later done (come close to walking ).This team at the Humble location rocks, the finance department is like a bags of rocks, throw the bag in the water….. sinking!”
