Justin's customer service was outstanding! He willingly answered my questions in a pleasant and professional manner. By the end of the call I would have felt comfortable working with Justin. Two days later, James facilated a virtual purchasing experience that included consultation prior to a phone assisted introduction to different mattress options at the Richmond Tx location. James explained how to introduce myself in a way that respected and was received well by Brad, that store's design specialist. I never felt rushed or that the process was taking too long, even though I communicated with family and checked other offers before making a decision. Stop in and rest awhile on the Matress of your choice! I typically lie on a mattress for 2 hours a couple of times before making a purchase! A good nights sleep 💤 is priceless and shouldn’t be a rushed decision. They were patient and helpful!”

Candice was another big help for us today. She really took the time out of her day to call concora to resolve an issue on my credit. I had a charge of $300 on my credit that has been pending since January of 2026. Because of this, we could not use the $300 that was rightfully ours. I previously tried to get it removed myself but wasn’t able to do so. She called and got the charge removed! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!”
