“He was amazingly helpful. My phone was broken. I showed up at 7pm when his store was closing and yet he stayed for over and hour to get me setup with a new phone.”

“My phone wouldn’t stay connected to the charging cable. I tried cleaning the port myself, but it still wouldn’t stay plugged in. I took it to Gadget MD, and they took care of it. Didn’t even charge me. Super chill people and great customer service. Highly recommend!”

“Hashika's professionalism and customer service was top tier. She even took my number down to call me when internet service is available in my area. I don't know if she is a manager but if not you should definitely think about it. Or a raise because she deserves it and the company should be honored to have her. I always get super anxious going out but sometimes you want to know everything about what you are buying and you need a person to explain that and help you decide what's best for you and ms Hashika did just that for me all while calming my anxiety.”
