“i had an excellent experience working with Chuck. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best option—not just making a sale. He took the time to explain different plans, devices, and features in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all my questions without rushing me. What really stood out was their honesty and patience. He made sure I got the best value for my needs and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary.
